House vacation rentals in Santa Maria del Ponte

Very nice property located in a quiet area, spacious and can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is required to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

we stayed 4 days in Gianpiero's apartment and loved it. it is a very nice and spacious accommodation with a beautiful view of the Majella Massief. Friendly host and wife and everything taken care of to the last detail!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, nice pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely okay for us. Angelo is a great host, we'd come back any time.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

a beautiful vacation thanks to the hospitality and availability and generosity of Giusy and Valeriano the house is beautiful and in a unique location but what made the difference is having everything you need because Giusy and Valeriano opened their home to us as if we were longtime friends, we found a rich pantry with jams wine beer pasta and a vegetable garden with vegetables and fruit! they couldn't ask for more Thanks again. The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

Tina was always available and responsive. He made us feel at home with lots of tips about the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, great for those looking for a base for activities in the area. Highly recommended

Good and clean apartment near Sulmona. Very quiet. Everything works fine except wifi is a bit spotty and slow. Host very responsive.

Staying here was wonderful and is exactly how it's shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the space. The town was nice to walk around at night and was very quiet and we got great sleep. You can really see the time and effort the host put into the place.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. I was brought to tears when i sat at the family table of Alessio with his family - these were tears of emotion + joy of how a family is holding together their traditional values, simple living, growing their food, cooking delicious meals + family life. A life where tending the home, garden, working hard but coming together is most important. If you are looking for a reciprocal authentic respectful experience in this area look no further. Alessio, Mary, Ivana + Gino are beautiful people who will accommodate you in their home with every respect.

I had a wonderful experience with Mirco, kind and always ready to fulfill my requests. He had to wait for my arrival, several times postponed for some of my unforeseen events. Breakfast food, plentiful and for all tastes. Very pleasant temperature inside the property, despite the fact that there were 0° outside. Perfect bathroom and comfortable bed. A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

We had a great stay at Lamberto’s! Amazing place, everything was there and even more. Amazing views from the terrace. Real close to hikes and L’aquila and Gran Sasso (Corte Grande and Monte L’aquila). In real life the place is even nicer. Lamberto is quick with communciation ans recommendations!

Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

Giulia's mom welcomed us with great kindness. The environment is very pleasant with A beautiful garden and adequate furniture to rest there. If our route brings us back to this area we will gladly go back.
