Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is in a gated community with resort infrastructure. It has a private pool, shower, gourmet area with barbecue, and a trampoline for the children to have fun. Three en-suites with two full beds in each (one being an auxiliary), air-conditioning, bathroom with electric shower and closet. It has a hammock area and garden. Equipped kitchen, large living room with 55-inch TV. Wi-Fi network. We are pet friendly.

extremely friendly and very helpful host. I can highly recommend renting with Carlos Magno if you are going to Estancia. the best host I came over here on AirBnB the house has a nice pool to cool of in, 3 bedrooms a kitchen and bathroom. close to the house is a nice restaurant in walking distance, near a lake with a little beach and good food and beautiful views, very nice sunset. and you can feed the weird fish (tambuqi) and cool of, or relax in the comfortable hammocks. I will rent with this host again for my next stay in estancia

Had a great experience with my family. The house is wonderful, very well cared for, with an excellent leisure area. The location is secure, which left us very quiet throughout the stay. Fernando was extremely polite from the first contact. The apartment is a delight and just like the photos. Condomínio mto calm and beautiful… were days of peace. We will definitely return!
