The location of the apartment suited me very well. I didn't have any problems during the stay. The apartment is very cozy, with everything we needed for a great stay and was extremely clean. Ellen is a sweetheart and was super attentive throughout the period. I'll definitely be staying more often. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great and very well located. The surroundings are excellent for those traveling with a dog, to be able to stroll peacefully through the squares and the Sion neighborhood. Everything was extremely clean and brand new. Comfortable bed and pillows. Although it is located on a busy avenue, the apartment faces the back, so it is very quiet. Everything was excellent, the amount paid was very worth it.

We stayed at Marina's apartment in January 2025. There were four adults. We loved the apartment, super well decorated, complete, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen and laundry area. Everything is spacious, airy, pleasant. Communication with Marina was great. We had everything we needed in the apartment and during our stay. Good location in a residential neighborhood, well wooded and with shops nearby. We will recommend it and would love to return to the apartment!

The place is very cozy. Beautiful, well ventilated, well equipped, well lit. I spent amazing days in BH and much of it is due to the apartment where I arrived to rest. Soft, fragrant bed and pillows. Same for towels. Since I made the reservation, Brunna was helpful. He always responded quickly!

Detinha's house is an invitation to go back in time! An old house, all renovated, large, bright and with all that is needed to have a quiet and memorable stay. All according to listing photos. It is located in a neighborhood where we feel security throughout the rental period. Thank you so much for the reception and for making your space available.

Geraldo and his wife are great hosts! We were very welcomed and Geraldo was there for anything we needed! The pool and the view of the city is stunning! His house is situated on the best neighborhood of Belo Horizonte…. My daughter even came up with the name “belorihills”. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely come back next time we are in Brazil!

ESPLENDOROSA, I have no other word for this house... Rodrigo and Sirlene were incredible hosts from the first message before booking, Sirlene's care and affection for us was to take off the hat. Getting there the house was incredibly clean, smelling and organized. Clean and heated pool, the whirlpool is wonderful to relax and the projector has made the night even more amazing. The house has everything we need and I created wonderful memories. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Very good space, very cozy, easy to find, very quiet surroundings. Jeitinho de Roça, comfortably. Close to the city center, but without the noise of it. I felt cuddled, I would stay more days if I didn't have to work.

We felt at home in Frederico's apartment. The apartment is perfect, wide and airy, and everything matched the listing description! It was a wonderful stay, I recommend it and when I return to BH I want to stay at Aibnb again. I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!

First, Anne was very responsive, proactive and accessible. She gave tips on places and instructions on deliveries in the city. Starting with the house, it is of good construction, without leaks or mold. The three bathrooms were working normally, the rooms were tidy (and mind you, Sete Lagoas was hot. We were able to accommodate 6 people in the two rooms and with comfort. Both the kitchen utensils and the bedrooms were of good quality and new. Anyway, I only have praise. I'll be back in town and I already have a place to stay.
