Vanessa's place is just like heaven, beautiful surroundings and she kept with new improvements all the time. The quality service that Rudy provides ( the house keeper) is awesome, he is always attentive to our needs and is very polite. We have booked Vanessa's house 3 times now, and are always happy to come back every Spring break.

This Airbnb is even more cozy and picturesque than the pictures in the listing. Bruce was so responsive from the start, and also connected us with his friend who shuttled our group from the lake for Antigua. There’s also a cool lighthouse in the Yacht club that you can walk down to and take private boats from. The only drawback was the location. San Lucas Toliman is less popular for tourists. To get to San Juan or Pedro you have to first take a boat to Panajachel, unless you pay extra for private boats. You’ll also want to start your days early and head back home by 3pm at the latest; the winds pick up and can make the water really choppy.

Unique and beautiful stay with breathtaking views at the amenities! Alvaro was very responsive whenever we needed help with anything and went above and beyond for us! Definitely recommend! Only thing I will mention is that sometimes you might have to wait a long time for public lanchas being in Santiago but just set aside time if you need to use those or look into private lanchas if you need to get to another town quickly!

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

This was such a beautiful place to stay and was the one place we wished we would have had more time to stay. It was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful view of the volcano and lake. We will definitely return and stay here again. The instructions they gave to find the place were great and they were very responsive when we asked them questions.

Great place! The small house is next to a restaurant and is one of a dozen other similar houses. Area was clean, we could walk from Santiago Atitlan or use TukTuk quite easily. The access to the lake is very nice and you can use Kayaks and pool at anytime

We have stayed at some really nice Airbnbs in the past, but this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The grounds, the house and the staff are absolutely incredible. We are already looking at dates to book another dedicated trip to this house. If the house is available for your travel dates, consider yourself lucky. I'm afraid the secret is out!

Beautiful House, very private and amazing for a few days in nature! Victoria and Julio were very helpful and made our stay perfect!
