A little nervous going in with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. But I truly loved my experience here and would highly recommend to day-to-day backpackers or people who want to stay for a few months. Very accommodating , super responsive , and I love the caretaker Chris.

Good! Super walkable and close to Calle de Sombreros. It’s a pousada, the room and shared bath was organized and clean. The host is nice too! I would recommend it if you want a private place just to sleep. I would love it if they had a kitchen to use. Overall, a great deal for the price! Muchas Gracias!! :)

Julián made us feel at home in his Airbnb. We loved the location — quiet enough and secluded, but walkable from San Pedro and San Juan. Julian went above and beyond to help us with booking activities, finding things to do, and navigating San Pedro. He is not just a host but also a concierge. BE AWARE: The path to this Airbnb is quite rocky and would not be good for those with mobility issues or large suitcases. If you are okay climbing a bit and going up some rocky stairs, then this location is for you. Overall, highly recommend staying with Julian’s Airbnb and supporting his family!

$Rare Find! Million Dollar Views/Prime Location

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

This is a family stay, with shared public spaces. We did not end up spending much time with the family, as we were visiting some of our own, but Chema’s family was very lovely and welcoming!
