Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We lacked nothing! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what issue, he helped right away. The beach in the immediate vicinity with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us at any time if necessary.

The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Lovely house in olive grove. Beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. Gioditta was a great host, responded quickly and picked us up after we left wrong. Follow the instruction with the road. You can't use Google Maps if you're coming from the south. Nice walk to village. We got to look at the olive harvest. I would recommend the place if you need peace and quiet.

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Even though, it was a bid small for 4 adults with a baby (our fault) we felt at home right away. There is a lot of space outside but when it gets colder ( we traveled in October) or if you have rain it gets a bid tight inside. The apartment is perfectly equipped and has everything you need. There even was showering gel, coffee, water and a Prosecco waiting for us. I think I have never been in an air bnb that was so well organized and perfectly equipped. The baby bed was already installed even though we have not talked about it, very thoughtful. It was super clean and the communication was fabulous. Adina did send us lots of informations and recommendations while we were therer and did answer directly when we had Questions. You need a car to get there and to get around and the entrance to the house is a tiny bid tricky but our car was quit big so probably no problem with a Fiat 500. We absolutely can recommend.

Maria Cristina’s loft was exactly as in the pictures. Modern, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. It was spacious so we weren’t on top of each other and close to the shops, Beach etc.. but in a more quiet area which was great. Maria was very friendly and quick to respond anytime we had any questions or issues. She popped over quickly, even at night to help us out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Soverato!

The experience at Giuseppina's structure was definitely positive. It is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in a maritime area with tranquility and a stone's throw (literally) from the sea, as there is direct access to the beach a few meters from the house. The shower outside is definitely a strong point to avoid leaving dirty inside the house. There's definitely no shortage of comforts and essentials for your stay. Highly recommended!
