La casa es muy bonita y cómoda, Mynor está siempre pendiente la casa está mejor en persona que lo se muestra en las fotos.

Recientemente alquilé un apartamento y puedo decir que cumplió con mis expectativas. El anuncio reflejaba con precisión la calidad del lugar, y la atención al cliente fue excepcionalmente amable y profesional. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y las camas estaban en excelentes condiciones, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más placentera. Además, la limpieza del lugar fue impecable, lo que realmente aprecio. Sin duda, recomendaría este apartamento a cualquiera que busque descansar.

Ligia es muy atenta, detallista y amigable. Me sentí muy bien en la estadía en su casa, la habitación excelente. Muy buena opción de tomar desayuno y otras comidas adicionales, además porque Ligia tiene un sazón exquisito.

Es un lugar excelente, en buen punto de Ciudad Guatemala, lo recomiendo. Superó mis expectativas, si puedo regresar a Ciudad Guatemala, sin pensarlo iré nuevamente

Muy bonita casa de descanso para aprovechar la piscina y pasarla bien. La ubicación un poco complicada pero la casa cuenta con un muy buen espacio y muy buen cuidada. Byron muy amable y atento ante los requerimientos.

Me gustó mucho el lugar, cuando llegamos encontramos todo ordenado, camas, baños y también la cocina tenía las herramientas necesarias en caso de que se necesitara cocinar. La vista a la ciudad es muy linda y se pueden ver los aviones que van pasando a la distancia, también la calle en donde se encuentra es muy linda con los maquilishuat y es posible llegar caminando al Oakland Mall a pie. Los dos aires acondicionados funcionaban bien, y me gustó bastante que las ventanas tuvieran persianas y que además insularan bastante bien el ruido (se logra percibir el ruido de los aviones cuando las ventanas están abiertas). La terraza tiene una vista muy linda de noche a todos los edificios (recomendado llevar un suéter si no se está acostumbrado a clima frío!). Lo único que se me complicó al llegar fue el nivel en donde estaba la habitación y un poco el entrar al parqueo, pero el host me ayudó y respondió bastante rápido las preguntas y otras dudas que tenía, la pasé excelente en mi viaje!

excelente lugar totalmente recomendado tanto para adultos como para niños. mis hijos disfrutaron jugar en la PlayStation 5, mi esposa quedó Encantada con la vista desde el balcón.

Encantados como siempre. No escogeriamos otro lugar para quedarnos. Willy es excelente. Como en casa y todas las comodidades.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

Thank you. It was a nice place. It's in the area of zone 14 that is close to the 14th avenue where you can find a supermarket and a San Martín. The place is comfortable and has a small patio with a chair to read. The kitchen is nice and so is the bedroom.

Nuestra estadía en La Antigua fue maravillosa, creo que no tanto por los alrededores sino por el lugar que rentamos, la casa era espectacular, la decoración increíble, la limpieza impecable, honestamente nos daban más ganas de quedarnos adentro que de salir. la señora Waleska fue extremadamente amable, cortez y siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La casa se encuentra como a un km del centro (muy cerca), está en un condominio privado con seguridad (muy importante), cae agua fría y caliente, hay agua para beber, hay tiendas muy cerca para comprar cualquier enser que haga falta, la entrada del condominio está 24/7 disponible. honestamente este lugar es una joya. muy muy satisfecha.

Muy bonita villa, de acuerdo a las fotografías, la casa se encontraba muy bien decorada y limpia, los cuidadores muy amables y Ricardo siempre atento, muy cerca del centro de Antigua Guatemala. Muy buena estadía. Le daría un plus si las habitaciones contaran con AC por lo demás 10/10

I rented this villa for my parents to celebrate their birthdays, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! Sofia, the host, was exceptional in her communication and went above and beyond by arranging a chef to come cook for them. My parents were so impressed with the property that they didn’t want to leave! The villa was beautifully maintained, and the ambiance made their celebration truly special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories. Thank you, Sofia, for making their birthday celebration so perfect!

We loved our stay! How amazing To wake up to beautiful views of volcanoes but be close to the city with the help of the included and inexpensive driver! We had food brought up with the help of them and were able to disconnect while exploring Antigua! What a gem! Those they employee to help with The house are so responsive and go out of the way to make the stay perfect! I definitely recommend this if heading to Antigua!

Estaba limpio, el jacuzzi estaba cálido y, sobre todo, fue agradable tener personal que siempre estuvo ahí para ayudarme.

El Solar is one of the best places we have ever stayed at, if not the best. First of all, we were greeted by the staff upon our arrival at night time when they were already not supposed to be working. We were very impressed by how well they treated us. They made us feel at home all the time. They were great and extremely helpful at all times. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, even nicer than in the pictures. It was so amazing! It was like a 5 star hotel, but better. Everything was perfect from the patio, porch, to the interior of the house. The towels were white and so were the bed linens. They had new bottles of soap and conditioner in every bathroom, dish washing soap and drinking water. We had never received such a personalized attention before. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and the staff. We highly recommend it and would stay there again if we ever go back to Guatemala. We had a great time! Thanks so much for everything!!!
