This is my second time staying with Detinha. Whenever I go to BH and your house is vacant I prefer, because it is a safe, spacious house with backyard for the pets and very well located. On top of all D. Detinha is a lovely person. Village always awaits us with a warm cheese bread.

We spent the holiday of the holy week at the house of Mr. Geraldo and my family liked it very much! The house is according to the description of the site and the photos correspond very much to reality. Great stay and great reception.

It was very good to stay in this house, the Airbnb team, especially Ana Paula, was very kind the whole time, helping us in what was needed. We forgot a glass in the house and it was easy to recover later! The House is clean and the bedding as well. The front bar serves great food! Super i recommend it.

Rodolfo's house is an attraction in Ouro Preto, the location is great and the garden is composed of terraces that allow a beautiful view of the city, especially at night. Rodolfo was extremely kind and helpful to us. The house was clean and organized, I highly recommend the stay!

My stay at Kamila's apartment was excellent. The location of the building was great to take advantage of the best of the Belo Horizonte Carnival and the best of the city center without relying on transport apps during the three weeks we stayed there. It is possible to walk to several of the main Carnival blocks and sights of the center. There are also several markets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants right next to the building. The pool was cleaned weekly, always on times and days combined with Kamila's contact. The apartment is well maintained and we can use all the amenities listed on the listing without any problem. It also has excellent air exchange with the outside and has not been muffled at any time, even during the hottest days of the year (so far) that occurred while we were staying there. Quiet, clean and well-organized building. Very polite and caring porters. Kamila's apartment is already at the top of our list when we return to BH.

The house has a very good structure, well-equipped house to receive, with colchoes and extra beds. Kitchen with a great variety of utensils. The host offers games, and some conveniences such as spices, salt, sugar. The garden is well cared for. Sefunda our group's stay in the house. What would make the house even more perfect would be air conditioning in the bedrooms, as we were in times of a lot of heat.

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

Tranquility, quiet and very green. We were delighted with the space, much more beautiful than in the photos. The house is very simple but with all the necessary utensils. Many books, CDs and a rustic decoration that combines a lot with the environment. The outdoor area is very cozy. Easy contact with Reginaldo that welcomed us very well and made us comfortable.

The apartment is spotless. Everything is brand new, wonderful pool, top barbecue, great quality bed and bath linens. A very peaceful place. Close to downtown and busier cities like Savassi. The host is a good person and very clear. He kindly made our checkout flexible. We'd come back 1000 times.

Very good house, large space. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, everything was extremely clean. We used the kitchen and outdoor area, they had all the necessary items. It is very close to the central part of the city, restaurants and surrounding bars. Claudinei has guided us in what we need, we take great advantage of the city and his space.
