At approximately 5200 feet above sea level, the Lake Atitlan area enjoys year-round spring-like weather (70s to low 80s during the day and 60s at night). Although temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year the weather is marked by two distinctive seasons: the rainy season (May to October) and the dry season (November to April). During the rainy season the mountains and volcanoes surrounding the lake are verdant green. The mornings are generally crystal clear, while the afternoons bring spectacular showers that are a sight to behold as they roll in over the lake. During the dry season it is rare to receive any precipitation at all. La Casa Colibri has five luxurious guest rooms each with en-suite bath. Four rooms have spacious balconies overlooking the lake. Two rooms have deep soak tubs with separate showers.

Our stay in the Zürich cabin was pleasant, comfortable but above all, elegant. Enjoying an alpine cabin in Tecpan's cold weather was a great way to celebrate the anniversary with my husband. Sucy supported us at all times. The room is comfortable with heating, a work desk, clothes organizers, towels, basic supplies, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was equipped. At night, the weather is in perfect harmony with the warm atmosphere that is felt in the living room, where we spent the evening wrapped in a blanket on a sofa with a carpet and a cup of coffee. We would definitely go back to that place.

We thought everything was excellent, only the location on Google maps lost us a little, but Andrea sent us Waze and we arrived right away

Villa Tulita's cabins are for us one of the most beautiful places to disconnect and rest. We love the peaceful atmosphere, the nature that surrounds it and how well everything is taken care of. You can tell the love they put into it. This is the second time we've stayed here, and this time we brought some foreign friends... they were delighted! They loved the place, just like we did. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for having us again!

Casa Alberto was full and exceeded our expectations. At the beginning we had a problem, but it was my mistake at the time of booking. It was with Manuel that I kept in touch and from the beginning he tried to give us a solution in a very friendly way. Alberto was always attentive to our stay at his house and the communication was 10 out of 10!! The house is simply BEAUTIFUL!! We found order and cleanliness in each area, everything as described and shown in the photos. My family and I felt very comfortable. As I said at the beginning, it exceeded our expectations and if we can, I'm sure we'll be back.
