Studio 56

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!

This is a great place to stay for those who want privacy and seclusion from city congestion but also an ultimate experience among locals. Great location! Felt right at home and food and social life was right around the corner.

What an amazing family that hosted us. They talked to us, gave us so much useful information and we became friends. The house is clean and in a very safe area. You can really get a feel of the local life and authenticity of the country. The dog was adorable and this was one of the most approachable friendly hosts I’ve ever had.

The stay was pleasant, the host is very flexible and kind to explain things, and the response to problems is quick, as communication is very fluid on her part. The place is clean and quiet, the neighborhood is quite safe and everything that is promised in the listing was available. Very good experience.

Claudia is always friendly, easy to communicate. She understands and speaks English. Always willing to help and make sure your stay is pleasant. My husband and I have been coming for the last 4 years to stay at Claudia’s when we first come to Managua and then again before we leave Nicaragua. We have never had any issues. We would recommend here place and it’s only a 4 minute walk to the metro centre.

I had to stay emergency at Rebeca's house, and it was a great salvation,the house is super cute and she is very kind. His two pets Bruno and Margot are very nice ;D, they didn't interrupt me at all and everything was great, he even offered me a juice when I arrived, everything was very personalized. The only observation is that the WiFi to one of the rooms costs you to arrive, but out of there everything is excellent.😄
