The interior was quite wide and open, and the river was right in front of us, so the view was also good and very good. The barrel sauna was also firmly hot, so I enjoyed it. From previous inquiries to checkout, the host was very responsive and smooth. I'd love to stay again. Thank you very much.

They guided me to the parking space and warmed up the room before check-in, which was kind and polite.They also told us about the nearest supermarket and delicious restaurants nearby.The room was spacious and the bedding was clean!The hot spring was also pleasant.

Heap of room to spread out and relax. Lots of games for the kids - they had fun on the mini pool table. Very clean & comfortable with all the basics you need. A great location close to the centre of town and an easy walk to the station. Heaps of restaurants, shops & supermarkets near by. The hosts were fantastic to deal with and went out of their way to help us.

We had a great stay! It was the perfect retreat during a busy trip around Japan. Thank you for having us!

Great house with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and warm blankets. Clear instructions for everything. Walking distance to many things although not many restaurants right nearby but only short drive away. Really loved our stay here - it was perfect for 5 of us.

Can you recommend Ian and Deborah’s place more highly. Stop scrolling and just book it! Ian was unbelievably generous with all the extra help he gave us. He even stocked the fridge with substantial basics for breakfast and spices and oils etc to make self catering much easier. The location is more than convenient. Thanks so much Ian. You are a super duper host!

They were polite from the pre-exchange to the end. This time, four families, including children, used it, and everyone was very satisfied!! Above all… I was impressed that I didn't have to do a lot of laundry at the end, after an early morning departure and a body exhausted from skiing. The kids are excited about the Switch!I enjoyed it on the big screen TV. There are plenty of amenities and the towels are clean.The bathroom was also clean. I saw the reviews beforehand and heard that there were ingredients… I was surprised more than I imagined.It was a fun meal for adults and children alike. The good reviews so far are convincing. This is the inn I would like to stay at again, it is the best with no complaints.
