Apartment vacation rentals in Sanmin District

It's literally in the Liuhe Nightmarket road. I would think it would be noisier but it's actually quieter than what I expected. Might be different on a packed season but they provide earplugs. other than that it's a perfect location to get around and find good food late at night! would recommend for people who just need a good cheap place to stay since we're mostly out the day being visiting places.

Very friendly and helpful. The place has a great location directly at the night market so it is very busy outside and you can try a lot of small food stands. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bathroom is a bit older with some loose tiles. But all is still well maintained and as shown on the pictures.

great stay close to the lively night market and mrt station! clean room though kept seeing tiny ants crawling on the coffee table which weren’t too bad. washer is a great perk and very spacious. would stay again!

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 39th birthday, and it was the perfect choice! The location is fantastic – close to the light rail loop, tourist spots like Pier 2 Art Center and Love River, and the Kaohsiung Metro, which made getting from the airport a breeze. The building feels luxurious, and the key fob added extra security. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Linda, the host, was amazing! Her fluent English made communication easy, and she provided helpful videos for directions and trash disposal. Despite our late check-in, she kindly welcomed us outside the building, which was so thoughtful. The only minor thing? The kitchen knife could use sharpening, but it didn’t dull our experience! 😊 Highly recommend this place – we’ll definitely be back!

Lee is a fantastic host. One of the best! He was very kind and helpful. The apartment is well thought out, extremely clean and modern. Nice beds and bedding, towels. Everything worked well, A/C, WiFi, hot water, washing machine. There is a grocery store nearby and a 7-Eleven around the corner. Several you-bike rentals close by as well. Highly recommend this apartment.

We really employed staying here. It was peaceful and quiet, close to great restaurants, bars, massages, and public transportation, and the hosts were so helpful in helping us plan our trip. You can’t control nature and we did experience an earthquake (it’s my third in my life), but in such a newly constructed building built to standards, I have never felt safer. The hosts reached out as it was happening, asked us how we were and provided helpful instructions. I would definitely come back!

the apartment was very clean and spacious, with 2 balconies (one for drying laundry, another one for enjoying the view). we slept very well and the neighbourhood was quiet. We loved how clean the air BNB was. Note that if you want to go to areas with more restaurants, you will have to walk 10 to 15 minutes. The LRT stop is about 15 minutes walk as well. There is a supermarket right across the street so that was very convenient, as well as a 711 right in the same building.
