Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

Villetta Serenità

PierpaoloRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Staying at Nunzia's was really pleasant because the splendor of Cilento and Marina di Camerota was joined by the beautiful and evocative location of Nunzia's house. The stay was wonderful because Nunzia and her family make you feel at home, as if they had always been old family friends. Friendly and always ready to give advice or support you, Nunzia has been able to create a small oasis of peace where it was pleasant to "laze" among the centuries-old olive trees that distinguish her garden. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and with common areas that can be used of great value (the swimming pool above all where you can relax after a day at the beach). If you stay at Nunzia's, let yourself be tempted to spend time on the hammocks where you can clear your mind of every thought. Nunzia and her family also pay great attention to children and their needs, treating them as if they were their grandchildren.
An outdoor pool area features a rectangular swimming pool bordered by a spacious tiled deck. A shaded gazebo equipped with tables and chairs provides a social space. Lounge chairs are positioned nearby, with a scenic view of the surrounding hills and vegetation in the background.

Villa with pool and sea view

PaulRating, 5 stars33 months ago
Another great stay at Pietros place .As our previous visit we found the house well presented, very-clean and ready for our visit. I previously left a post two years ago about our first stay and not a lot has changed in our opinion. You find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious property that is now fitted with slide door mosquito nets which is a great addition . AC added to one other bedroom, one previous, and the pool area upgraded with a covered seating area where you can look out to sea or the hills opposite. My elderly in laws along with ourselves drove up and down the hill, mountain, not sure which! we had two cars . If you want to get away from it all , with a private pool yet 15 minute drive to the supermarket and beach beyond id recommend this place . A car , vehicle is essential for this home!! We also drove to Pizzo and had a day at Tropea about 1.45 in a car, easily accessed and well worth the visit for a day trip. Beaches in Amentea are sand covered and the sea is lovely with a gradient in the water that doesn’t drop off too sharply, in my opinion!. We used the public beach under umbrellas and occasionally went to one of the many restaurant, lidos for lunch. Parking is also easy on the roads opposite .We parked mainly in town as we were always late to the beach ,preferring poolside until midday , this meant that beach front parking had gone by the time we arrived.Even so a 5 minute stroll to the beach . So yes, if you like space, stunning views, a pool at hand and a quieter tranquil side to your holiday id recommend this home as there cant be many like it for location!

Cottage very close to the sea

enricoRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Marco is a really impeccable host, he immediately welcomed us making us feel at home. Perfectly matching the description, very clean and extremely functional equipped with all comforts, a terrace equipped with a really beautiful shower where you can relax in the evening or sunbathe during the day. Covered car parking and beach within 5 minutes walking distance as well as supermarket and bar. Since we stayed for two weeks Marco offered us a half-day boat ride, even here we really felt as if we were spending a day with friends, Marco and Margherita made themselves available to satisfy all our daughter's requests and to let us visit all the coves nearby. What can I say, a wonderful stay that will surely be repeated in the future.
The interior features brightly colored tiled flooring, with a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs. An arched doorway leads to an outdoor patio area where a dining table is visible. Light enters through the open door, highlighting the room's cozy ambiance.

Fantastic sea view with large terrace and garden

AndreaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Reviewing the house would be too easy, it's wonderful and it's as it looks. Surely the highlight is the terrace where you can eat and smell both an incredible sunset and see 3 regions at the same time (Campania, Basilicata, Calabria) I would like to spend 2 more words for the owners who are fantastic people, welcome you and take care of you as if you were a family member, they prepare a welcome cocktail in the evening with very good Isabell snacks and a fantastic Giuseppe cocktail, they give you tips on where to go to the sea, where to eat and shop, always in the interest of saving you. I don't deny that at the time of saying goodbye to them, my eyes were shiny...someday I will definitely be back. Thank❤️you, I forgot...if you go there and enter any store, you say that Giuseppe the French sends you.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Casa Nando | Beachfront villa in San Lucido

AlessioRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.
A patio area is shown with a green tablecloth draped over a small table. Two chairs are positioned around it. A large umbrella provides shade, and vibrant roses grow alongside a fence, creating a lush garden atmosphere. A decorative green glass vase is placed on the ground nearby.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

Calabria House in the mountains (17 km away from the sea)

AlessiaRating, 5 stars69 months ago
Erika and her family are special people, friendly, kind and attentive to every need of their guests! My partner and I had the pleasure of staying for about ten days in this fantastic mountain house located in Piani del carro, a small fraction of the municipality of Tortora, inhabited by very few families that extends on a large plateau about 800 meters above sea level. The house is very large and bright, equipped with every comfort you can comfortably park your car inside the courtyard. The atmosphere in this corner of the world is something indescribable! Silence, peace, tranquility are the three main features of this charming place. Your eyes will be filled with huge valleys, expansive greenery, towering mountains, and stunning starry. Your ears will be able to hear the sounds of a wild nature that will accompany you day and night, making you rediscover the beauty and importance of silence…this is the perfect place for those who want to get away from the chaos, the artificial lights, the deafening noises to leave space only for the most authentic emotions, here you find yourself! The few locals are very friendly and ready for dialogue, nearby there is another small hamlet called Acqualisparti where we attended a village party with lots of popular music, dancing, singing and exquisite food! A 15-minute drive to the municipality of Tortora, a very nice village where the interesting museum of Blanda is definitely worth a visit, full of priceless historical finds! If you want to alternate with mountain life even that of the sea, in less than half an hour you reach the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria where you can visit places such as Tortora Marina, Praia a Mare and why not... also take a trip to the nearby Basilicata and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Maratea! To visit, nearby is also the charming village of Aieta where there is the Vicolo dei Baci, one of the narrowest streets in the world (52 cm)…a holiday of 10 and praise, super recommended!
The building features a yellow exterior with a sloped roof, surrounded by green trees. Stairs lead to an entrance partially shaded by foliage, and sunlight filters through the branches, creating a serene outdoor setting.

The lair lair is a lovely place, we had a great time immersed in a chestnut forest, in the afternoon we went to the sea that is halfanhour away. Claudia was always available, and in mid-August she invited us to lunch with her beautiful family. I recommend this place to those who want to rest easy, we brought our dogs. In short, comfortable and beautiful.

Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!
