Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Relax in this quiet newly-built accommodation 400 m from the sea and sandy beach. 1 km to a temperate outdoor pool. 25 m to the bus between Ystad-Simrishamn. Bicycle path all the way to Ystad (9 km). 10 km to Kåseberga. Open floor plan, sleeping alcove with double bed 160 cm. Sofa bed 140 cm with extra mattress. Kitchen towels and smaller towels for bathrooms are available. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels. They are available to rent if needed, SEK 100/person. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer.
