Great location, large clean, comfortable apartment with everything you needed for a welcome break

Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Flat was clean, comfortable and in a great location, the perfect base for exploring the area. We walked everywhere and didn’t use the car until we drove home. Thank you Kevin, we’ve had a wonderful stay.

Beautifully clean place to stay. Very well done and we had a great break in Swanage. Brilliant walks and coastline. Always found a space with the on street parking. Would highly recommend!

Excellent stay during the Easter holidays 2025. Great location right by the beach. The property is a comfortable 3-bed flat which suited us (family of 4) perfectly. No real gripes to speak of and felt like very good value-for-money. Steve was a great host and communication was spot on. We'll definitely be going back again.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

We had a great stay in Swanage, the flat was clean and comfortable and everything worked. We especially enjoyed the central heating as it wasn’t the warmest weather. All in all we couldn’t fault it, so a five star rating.

My mum and I stayed at the Seaside maisonette as we were visiting family in the area. We had a great time. The place was warm cozy, modern and very clean . It is centrally situated. We did not have a car but could get around very easily by walking or on the bus. The buses can take you into Bournemouth , Westbourne or Poole and other places. They are very frequent. Its not too far from the beach, it’s a 10 min walk into Bournemouth town centre and another 10 min walk to the beach. There is a small co-op convenience store just across the road as well as an Italian restaurant. David our host was very responsive when we had to contact him. We can highly recommend this place as a base to stay when visiting the Bournemouth area.

Great apartment. Close to all amenities but in a quite residential road with off road parking. Apartment was as described and extremely clean and was well equipped with everything you need. The hosts were great at communication and made everything really easy. Can’t recommend enough x

This is as our second time staying at Elizabeth’s place (first time in the flat upstairs which has 3 bedrooms). It is very close to where our son and family live, which is great and has everything we needed to have our 2 granddaughters over for a couple of sleepovers. They had a lovely time and enjoyed playing on the trampoline and swings in the garden. The flat itself is beautifully clean and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Liz.

Property is ideal for 1-2 people to stay in Bournemouth. The property has parking on site and is accessed into a Private court yard area that I was not expecting but think it would be a lovely benefit on a warmer period. I also found everything walkable from this location, however if you did have trouble walking up hill then it may not be right for you. The beach and pier are within 5 minutes walk and there are a number of local pubs and restaurants in and around the area. There is also the benefit of a local shop, only 2 mins from the property so really everything you would need. The property itself is well laid out and has all I needed for my 4 night stay and gaining access was very simple with just a phone call for final instructions. I will be back to Bournemouth in the near future and if this is available again at that time then I would definitely book again.

My 6 year old and myself had a lovely stay in Alison’s house. Absolutely perfect location and having a little one with me it was nice to be able to pop back frequently. The apartment was super clean, really comfy beds, light and airy and a nice space to relax. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Alison was very responsive to messages. We would definitely like to stay again.

Stunning location, who wouldn't want to wake up and see the sea. David was a great host, he checked to make sure we got in OK and checked that the wi-fi and heating were working. The flat was spotless, we felt right at home. I will definitely stay at this flat again. the flat was located right next to my favourite places in Swanage Gee Whites and Snackbar both a must visit 😁

Perfect location between coast and New Forest. Spotlessly clean, fully functioning, peaceful self contained annex, easy walk to local shops. Super friendly hosts who offered recommendations (including wet weather suggestions) and advise on local eateries. Highly recommended accommodation in beautiful area. Would love to return.

Great location and lovely flat, spacious for a 2 bedroom and really nice kitchen area. The hot tub got a lot of use, we all loved it and would definitely rebook. Nice and peaceful area over the road from the beach, but quick to chain ferry to Knoll beach and Studland etc. Worth noting that it’s worth planning food in advance, there is a very small Tesco in Sandbanks for essentials only. Restaurant wise on Sunday eve we were a bit stuck when Lazy Jacks closed at 5pm rather than 8pm with no explanation. Would bring more meal prep with us next time.

After being let down on New Years Eve by someone else we booked Jonathan's place with less than 24 hours notice. He was extremely helpful and really flexible. We checked in early and also had a late check out at no extra cost. The apartment is clean, and big with care and attention to the decor. The hot tub was excellent. Jonathan was really responsive to a few questions we had and it made a real difference to have the personal touch instead of a faceless booking agent. The location is superb, shops one way and beach the other. We will most definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

The accommodation with Phoebe and Khalid met all my expectations. I particularly liked the proximity to the train station and the beautiful beach, as I only travelled by public transport. Grocery shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner and yet the location is quiet. The room is functionally furnished, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils as well as spices, oil, vinegar, coffee etc., which I have never found before and appreciated all the more. As the AirBnB area has a separate entrance, there is less contact with the hosts and you have a lot of privacy. As you receive an access code before you arrive, you are flexible in terms of time and don't have to be there at a pre-arranged time. I would definitely book this accommodation again. The place was lovely and peaceful, was really clean. Was easy to find location wise and when we had arrived they had done heart balloons on the bed which was a lovely touch. Good communication between host who gave recommendations on taxis and answered any questions quite quickly. The bed was really comfy and the place had heaters to use when it got a bit chilly. Hot tub was very nice and clean. The only downside was there wasn’t a kitchen so wouldn’t be able to do a long stay unless you wanted to eat out all the time. There’s a mini fridge so could keep milk for breakfast but there wasn’t anywhere to wash the dishes that were supplied apart from in the small bathroom sink. Also the gate didn’t lock but had a piece of wood to lean to keep it shut as kept banging into the neighbours fence. Overall it was a lovely place and would come back for a weekend stay 🩷

Great place, you can enjoy the place as its private and you can do what ever you like as long as you dont bother others around. Very clean and very easy to check in and out. Lots of shops around and very easy to drove to the beach. Overal i am very happy. I would definitely come back to this place.

A beautiful and modern apartment with stunning views and perfectly situated. We spent a long weekend and would have loved to have stayed longer. Pet friendly property, and only a few minutes walk to Sandbanks Beach (dogs allowed) meant our dog had a great time too! The communication and instruction from the owners was second to none, even providing alternate contacts when they were not available. Will definitely look to stay at this property again when we next visit.
