Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sanctuary Point

We had a great weekend away with family over the Easter long weekend! The property was very spacious and on a quiet street. It caters for the whole family (board games, a river to walk along, fishing, water activities, Foxtel and an outdoor area to relax and hang out. The kitchen had all the essential appliances/condiments including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Great Location - An 18-minute drive to Nowra, 3 3-minute drive to Seven Mile Beach - Shoalhaven Heads, Local IGA, a 10-minute drive to Berry and a scenic drive to neighbouring areas (Gerringong and Kiama). Dianne is a great host and very responsive to all queries. A card was handwritten and personalised on arrival, which was a nice touch. Thank you, for allowing us to stay at your home. We loved it, and will definitely visit again!

Great place for a relaxing weekend with friends and family! The house is spacious, clean and has a huuuge jacuzzi, which we spent most of our time in - it's certainly the highlight of the house. Sophie was also friendly and responsive at all times. I highly recommend her place and would definitely come back.

Simply stunning. Beautiful property. Perfect for a relaxing girls weekend. Easy to find and felt right at home. Was lovely to wake up to the sunrise over the hills and garden, farm life in the paddocks next door and homely amenities. Home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a lovely stay at Soul Cottage - Perfect for a few days away to enjoy the beautiful area of Gerringong. Highlights include the music system (according to the kids), stylish decor, and comfortable bedding.... Everyone had privacy when needed and could also enjoy the living space. It was a lovely surprise to receive a welcome hamper and a hand-delivered fruit and cheese treat box. We recommend this property and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Karly

We had a great stay. Broad mixture of ages in our group, and everybody was happy. Furnishings are clean and modern but still in tune with the holiday feel. Outdoors area is large and level, great for kids to play. 5 minute walk to a wonderful bowling club that has a great atmosphere and wonderful bistro, live band in the Saturday night, locals are friendly and made us feel very welcome. Honeymoon Bay is a short drive and is a must see, just beautiful. Simon is a fantastic host, family focused, and very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Very happy to recommend staying here.

What a beautiful place to stay. Short walk to main street with restaurants, coffee etc. The house itself was gorgeous. Well equipped kitchen. We made good use of the hot tub and log fire. And spacious. New bathrooms and big bedrooms. Very nice outside area with bbq. And the gardens are amazing. Would highly recommend.

The house was large, well appointed but had a lovely cosy feel. It is positioned in a secluded but spacious bushland setting. The lawn & gardens were beautiful maintained and ideal for a family to enjoy. The hosts were friendly & very helpful. Would definitely use again if visiting the valley 👌

amazing views overlooking the beach, beach access was really easy and so close. shower and basins are really nice and well finished. watching tv in the hot tub was a really nice touch 👌.

Overall this was a fantastic air bnb, we did have one small issue but it was fixed asap! Fantastic location and really spacious!

Great location and place to stay with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the spot. Very close to the beach and town. A few hiccups from the R&H team but overall we didn’t let it impact our trip.

great house, perfect for a stay in jervis bay. realistically car needed to get to hyam beach or husskisson but that shouldn't be a problem as its only 5 min drive to husskisson and 10 mins to hyam beach

Graeme was a great host, responsive and helpful and what a great place to stay at. Even on a busy long weekend we felt like the only ones there, quiet and peaceful. Lovely horses and cows to visit was a bonus

Evelyn’s place was amazing. We felt right home. Plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Super clean and an awesome spa/bbq area where relax and spend quality time with the family.

This beautiful house was worth every penny and more! Of all the houses I’ve ever stayed in, it was by far the best and I would highly recommend!! It was squeaky clean, with not even a single cobweb on any of the many outdoor seating areas. Anne was gorgeous - so friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The house is stunning in its decor and has everything you could ever need. The beds are comfortable and there are ample bathrooms for a group. Anne left a supply of lovely goodies and treats for us and we were like little kids oohing and ahhing! The setting is absolutely divine - the house looks out over wetlands with cows, sheep, amazing birdlife - so, so relaxing and tranquil. It is only a short distance to Milton town for shopping and coffees, and close to both the brilliant Altar Bar and Cuppits Winery. This is the best house ever and you would be mad not to book it!! I know everyone says it, but I really hope to return!!! Thank you so much Anne and Terry!

Simons place was a home away from home. We could tell how much love and attention he invested in the home, and it translated into the most relaxing holiday for us. The views and pool made it a winner retreat. We would come back in a heartbeat.
