The place is fantastic and Moataz is an incredible host. My flight got delayed and his place was available in seconds. He helped me with an easy and seamless check in process and he was very responsive. Place was incredible clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at the villa. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Besides that, Meena is a very helpful and welcoming host and would definitely recommend anyone visiting Alexandria to stay at that place!

The place was absolutely great. Zero complaints whatsoever. The views from the second and third floor were perfect I took so many photos there. The pool area was also very accommodating with the extra room, bar, and both toilet & shower. It’s definitely a 10/10 for me & my family and I’ll definitely have to come back for round 2. Thank you Mr. Salah for the wonderful hospitality.

My stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful!🥰 The place was very clean and comfortable, with a private garden that added a touch of tranquility.😍 The internet was fast, and having Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing evenings.😉 The nearby beach was beautiful, making the experience even more special. Most importantly, the host was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ensured our comfort. I absolutely loved staying at this amazing home! It was super clean and had a really cool vibe. The pool was the perfect size for having a blast. My family had the best time swimming in the pool. Plus, they had wifi which was a huge bonus. It was so private, perfect for families who want to swim without any interruptions. The rooms were cozy with blankets and personal remotes for the air conditioner. I will definitely come back to this place whenever I'm in Egypt for vacation. Thanks for an awesome trip!

Great place and awesome clean pool. Pretty large yard to play football with kids or do other activities. Nice outdoor BBQ, and great lighting at night too. Overall highly recommended the only negative was that only 3 rooms have AC the rest don’t.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

Mr Hisham and the team working ( janitor and his wife) at the apartment were extremely professional, kind, helpful, highly and fast responsive and respectful to all my needs. Mr Hisham fixed the wifi with a remarkable speed. The janitor’s wife responded to my concerns (e. g. hot water, elevator ) in a very responsible fashion. This team at the apartment building are very sincere and caring. Any guest will be very well taken care of. Mr Hisham even went far and beyond by helping bring me a transfer to the bus station. I recommend this apartment and family to any guest.

Hamada is very decent, one I reserved the apartment he provided me with his contacts and shared the exact location. He contacted me the day before my arrival to notify of the unplanned utilities works in the building and offered an alternative very close apartment, which was a very clean one with amazing view. I requested to delay my check out for a couple of hours and he was very cooperative.
