Vacation rentals with beach access in San Nicolas

My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay at Eva Resort by Lucha! The host, Sophie was beyond helpful, kind and gave generous information for local restaurants, experiences and top places to visit. We did get a rental car which we would recommend to others as well. The place was very clean and relaxing. Overall the place was very aesthetically pleasing! I had a massage on-site the last day and wish I would've booked one an earlier as it was so nice! This was our first time in Aruba and won't be the last. Everyone we met were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back to Lucha again! It's a little slice of paradise for sure!

This beautiful apartment is only a few minutes walk from the beach and the town. It has everything you need! It has a full kitchen, AC in every room, and they even provide beach chairs and a cooler. The WiFi was great. Thank you Genoveva!

I stayed 9 nights at this AirBnB in April 2025. I had a very good time there, I‘ve got no complaints. There‘s enough space for 2 to 3 persons. I loved the nice gas stove in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. In particular I loved the nice place to sit + rest outside the apartment in front of the entrance door of the apartment. It‘s magical to sit there when it‘s dark outside. I loved to practice my meditation in the mornings at the Mangel Halto Beach which is max 5 minutes by foot away. If you quickly need groceries: "Tio Pepe“ is more or less next door. I went to Aruba for my Scuba diving education, this AirBnB was close to my Scuba diving school. The communication with Ronald was without any difficulty, they even sent their daughter to welcome me on the first evening. It was my forth time on Aruba + this AirBnB definitely was the nicest AirBnB on Aruba. I would definitely come back + highly recommend this AirBnB.

We had the pleasure of enjoying another stay at Emiel's place. We loved the place on our last visit, and he continues to put in the effort to keep his accommodations need and comfortable. Since our last visit he made several updates, including new indoor and outdoor tiles and a new AC unit in the bedroom. He continues to be a friendly and accommodating host. He is one of the main reasons we have grown to love Aruba so much! The location is fantastic, just one road away from the stunning Mangel Halto Beach. It's a nice little community away from the craziness of the popular tourists areas. There are 3 small grocery stores within walking distance (closest just a couple blocks down on the same road). Multiple "local" bars and takeaway places are just a short walk away. There are also two nicely rated restaurants restaurants that are walkable in the community. Hoping Emiel's place can continue to be our home away from home for years to come.

My stay at this location was wonderful! Steps away from the beach. Maria & Carlo provide all you need for a beach day with towels and beach chairs! The condo was very nice and clean with a comfortable king size bed. There is also a full kitchen with all necessities if you decide to cook in! Additionally, you have a lovely private deck area which I frequently used in the mornings and at night. I highly recommend this place for couples or small families it’s very spacious! I loved the decor as well! I did not need to contact the host at all as everything was on point, however Maria and Carlo ensured that they were available if needed. Another plus to this place is the complex has a security guard, who was always present and very nice!

The place was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Bettina was a great host, very friendly and helpful at all times. He gave us very useful recommendations to enjoy the area. The location is unbeatable, in a safe and very central area, close to everything! Definitely an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in AirBnBs all over the world, and Michel's home on Mangel Halto is by far one of our absolute favorites. The view alone is worth every penny -- looking out at the pristine shades of blue, watching locals, vacationers, and pups splash around in the shallow water, and seeing pelicans diving along the mangroves -- it was a dream! We visited with our two young children (ages ~2 and 5) and it could not have been a better spot for us. The house is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and so thoughtfully decorated! Every day we walked across the street, wandered down onto the mangrove beach and waded or snorkeled in the beautiful waters. Typically we were accompanied by our favorite neighborhood dog, Chocolate, who liked to lounge with us in the sand. We left the driveway gate open so Chocolate could enjoy the shade of the patio, often with his two sweet companions. Our kids adored them, and we all fell quite in love! We'll never forget our time here!

Loved the place, had everything we needed and more. The pool was great and clean! The beach chairs and coolers came in handy and saved us money on rentals!

Truly couldn’t have asked for a better host! Roxanne made my partner’s and my first trip to Aruba absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond—not to mention, she’s such a kind and thoughtful person. The location of her home made exploring the island effortless, with so many delicious food spots just a short distance away. The house was clean, and the backyard offered a beautiful view every morning. It was truly a relaxing and beautiful trip, and having such a wonderful host made it even more special!

Truly an amazing experience from the moment of arrival! We enjoyed all the onsite amenities, available water toys, and anything else that would be desired to explore the island. The property manager was truly a gem, provided great recommendations and checked to ensure our needs were met. Communication with both him and Dan was second to none. I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants a more private setting without the crowds of an all inclusive. Whether you want to explore the island or relax at home, this place has it all! Have fun, enjoy your stay and try not to miss a sunset from your own back yard!

Ivan’s place was exactly as described. Truly a gem away from the tourist areas. Place was clean and had everything we needed/wanted. We stayed outside most nights and couldn’t even tell Zeerover’s was directly next door. We used the canoes that were easy to take out with Ivan’s dock. We couldn’t even tell there was no hot water because the temperature was perfect. We will be returning to Ivan’s when we make a trip back.

Pilar was an amazing host! The house was very comfortable, very clean and the location was perfect. 20 minutes away from everything. I strongly recommend Pilar’s home!

Mirtha was great and responsive. Airbnb had all the things you would need from dishes, sunscreen, to some beach equipment. Mirtha was a great host, always communicating with us to help out. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We loved the house, we felt like home. Backyard is fantastic, we had breakfast and really enjoyed the privacy. We will recommend and will stay here again, eventually. Host and owner friendly. in one word TOP!

We had an unforgettable time in Aruba, and a huge part of that was thanks to where we stayed. Daniela’s property was absolutely amazing—just as described, if not better. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Getting around was easy, too—the local bus stop is conveniently right across the street. We were able to explore the island effortlessly. Daniela was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even accommodating our last-minute request to extend an extra night. We highly recommend staying here. We were very happy with the Aruba One condo at Pearl Condo & Hotel. The location was a short 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach, and we loved the pool and beautiful landscaping in the common areas. The parking area was adequate and secure as well. The location of this unit is quieter (away from the pool), and it has a nice large balcony facing the courtyard, as well as a view of a natural Aruban landscape from the main living room - with tons of tall cactus and blooming trees. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with faulty handle on the entry door, which was our only issue the week we were there. Having chairs, towels and ice chest as well as an ice machine at the Pearl Condo complex was a huge plus. We are already planning our next stay and would definitely consider this unit again.

You have a beautiful view of the water and cruise ship, can see planes landing outside the window but it’s super quiet, there is a pool, a bar and restaurant on site and hot tubs on the top floor with amazing views. There is security at the front desk and everyone is helpful and friendly they treat you like a guest of a hotel. Marinelda is extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was 5 stars

Absolute Perfection – A Slice of Paradise! Staying at Gustavo’s condo in the Oasis Luxury Condos near Eagle Beach was everything we hoped for and more. The location is simply unbeatable—peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The gated community felt very safe and welcoming, and the entire complex is beautifully maintained. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From morning coffee on the patio to evenings by the pool, every moment felt like a dream. Gustavo was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for tranquility, luxury, and convenience all in one, this is it. Truly all you could ever want in the most amazing location. We’re already planning our return—thank you, Gustavo, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Cherina & Bart were amazing hosts. Easily communicating with check in/check out! Place was peaceful for our stay and quick ride to down town. Would 100% stay here again for vacation.

Serena is wonderful. Promptly answered all questions and provided all the detail and instructions we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The unit is perfect for two people. The pool is big and consistently at the perfect temperature. Aruba is generally a safe place, but the property definitely has enhanced security with a security guard stationed 24 hours a day to open and close the gates to the parking area for the complex. This section of Eagle Beach is not overcrowded. Many restaurants, a major grocery store, and IMAX theater very close to the complex.
