It is located in the center of a forest of about 25,000 square meters that can be used in full. The place is very quiet; the street is private with a gate. From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. In the heart of Paganica, at the foot of the Gran Sasso, in a central position to best visit the wonders that the territory of L'Aquila and its surroundings offers, you will find a lovely refuge at Via di Sotto 9. Treat yourself to a good lunch with a pinch of saffron in the cozy kitchen, rest from your exciting excursions on the Gran Sasso or in the villages of Abruzzo, sip a good Abruzzo wine sitting on the terrace, while the sun sets on the centuries-old plane trees of the municipal villa.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
