Seaside villa with garden near Rome

EdmondRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A great gateway location to Rome. Was easy to travel to and from Rome each day. 200 meters from the ocean - which provided great walking, running or biking opportunities. Very nice local restaurants, cafes and supermarket opportunities all within walking distance of the Villa. Paolo is a great host, providing proactive and helpful communication throughout your (our) stay. The pictures reflect exactly what you get, you’ll enjoy the set up. For us it was a very comfortable stay, in which we enjoyed our family time both inside the villa, as well as enjoyed the well maintained, spacious nice yard and set up.
A vibrant planter filled with blooming pink petunias adorns the balcony, providing a colorful contrast to the serene lake view beyond. The landscape includes distant greenery and rooftops, suggesting a peaceful atmosphere and a connection to nature.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!
A cozy living area features a soft blue sofa paired with a mustard throw pillow. Natural light enters through two windows adorned with light curtains, while a large artwork depicting a boat is hung on the white wall. A shelving unit provides visible storage.

The local hosts were very attentive and helpful - thank you very much. The place is beautiful and rather secluded - many worthwhile excursion destinations within car distance. We felt very comfortable in the house, all the necessary comfort available. The swimming pond is still fresh even in high summer. All in all a wonderful place to arrive and relax - we thank you for the unique holidays!

The Casale dell'Ara delle Rose

AndrewRating, 5 stars57 months ago
We had a wonderful time with fantastic hosts Alessandra and Fabio. It was just what we needed - a quiet place with great facilities and the grounds were well used by us and very family-orientated. Table tennis and table football were great escapes from the sun as they were undercover. The pool was great and also a great place to cool off. A special mention for the 2 dogs Rex and Pepe. You could never meet 2 friendlier dogs. My kids are missing them and as we left at 0700 they followed us down the driveway. The house was great and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. You really need a car and getting about was really easy. A supermarket was only a few minutes' drive away which was very useful. We even went into Rome on a few nights as it is only a 20-30 minute drive to the main tourist areas. If we go back to Rome we will definitely look to book again.
