Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Martín Zapotitlán

Muy cómodo, limpio y organizado el apartamento. Fácil de ubicar y excelente punto céntrico. Lo único que sugiero es cambiarle a cortinas oscuras a las habitaciones porfavor, se entra mucho la luz.

Le logement est incroyable, une magnifique vue sur le lac, la terrasse et la piscine sont top. Le logement est impeccable, tout est réuni pour passer un moment incroyable autour du lac.

This is a great place to stay, we highly recommend it! Definitely going into our favorites. Lots of nearby and at walking distance dinning options, malls, stores, pharmacies, etc. Very cozy apartment, has all you need and very convenient washer/dryer, private parking and easy in and out access including all the great amenities including access with keypad so no worry about loosing a key. Great Host!!

Sacred Tree is such a gem, I’m so happy I got to stay here on vacation. The location is perfect- right on the lake, close to the public dock, close to a few good restaurants, all while feeling remote and private. The communication with the host was very reliable, they always responded and help to bring anything within 20 mins- iron, cooking oil, yoga mats. The Terra bungalow is even better than the photos. I spent lots of time relaxing on the porch, either hammock, chairs or hot tub :) The bed was sooo comfy. My recommendations are: 1. Eat at Isla Verde and book by the afternoon for dinner 2. Bring a Z-pack and any meds you may need as there is no pharmacy in Santa Cruz 3. Use the private lancha contact provided by the host- he had the best prices and was always on time. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Second time staying here and always felt welcomed :) host is super nice. The AirBnb was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler.

Carlos was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to communicate. His place well recommend for wheelchair access. My mom loved the place. The kitchen has all of the necessities. I would love to come back soon. He is a super host.

Faltó limpiar la piscina. Por lo demás todo bien!!!!

Estuvimos 3 noches y el lugar muy bonito, muy limpio, muy confortable, muy atento Juan De León que estuviéramos bien y que tuviéramos todo lo necesario, La descripción de la casa Club con piscina muy acertada, estaba a menos de una cuadra del apartamento y la pasamos bien en las piscinas. Así que lo recomiendo para cualquiera que quiera darse un paseo por Mazatenango en familia y buscar un lugar seguro y acogedor.

100 puntos para la casa. Súper linda y muy limpia. Súper cerca de todo. Pasamos unas lindas vacaciones de semana santa. Recomendada para grupo de familia que quiera ir incluso a los parques del IRTRA. Regresaremos. Sara súper buena anfitriona junto con doña shenny

hubo un inconveniente al comunicarme con el anfitrión al principio Pero al solucionarse el anfitrión fue súper amable y atento, además el lugar se ve mejor que en las fotos, muy seguro, amplio y ameno.

La casa es muy bonita, grande, cómoda, funcional y muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días excelentes ya sean de diversión o de descanso. El lugar es muy seguro. La casa tiene suficiente iluminación y ventilación. Hay aire acondicionado en todos los espacios. La ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias y suficientes. La limpieza del lugar es excelente en toda la casa especialmente en baños y cocina. Nos encanto poder degustar de un cafe recién tostado y molido. Hay suficientes utensilios de cocina para poder preparar lo que uno desee. No dudamos en recomendarlo.

Es un lugar emocionante tuve la oportunidad de presenciar frente a mi la lluvia sobre los volcanes y el lago, es una experiencia a la altura de cualquier atracción en el mundo. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala

Excelente, nos sentimos muy cómodos. El acceso es muy fácil, hay mucho que hacer en los alrededores. 100% Recomendado👌

The pictures don’t do enough justice — this place is absolute incredible and beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea was super nice enough to accommodate an early check in and provided contact information of the property manager, Alejandra who is SUPER nice! She also gave us contact information for a local Tuk Tuk driver that would take us to the port to take lanchas to surrounding villages in Lake Atitilan. Andrea is also VERY responsive to any questions I had regarding our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and would totally come back 😊
