Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

The place is super spacious, clean, private and safe. It has everything you could possibly need. There are markets nearby and home deliveries arrive easily. The hosts are wonderful, we shared a barbecue and they gave us a taste of Paraguayan soup. I'd definitely go back.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thanks to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. The space is wonderful, modern, great for spending a few days in great comfort. The region is wonderful, safe, with many options of cafes and restaurants. We went to La Cuadrita on foot super quietly. We will definitely look again on our next trips to Asunción!

There are doormans 24 hours a day and it feels secure and easy check in. Also, they are available for any help that you might need 24 hours a day. They are very attentive and it was quiet and nice place. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Asunción for your vacation.

I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great coffee. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
