The stay at Qatzig house was amazing. We stayed with my partner, some friends and I and the truth is that we all left very happy, it was like being at home. The rooms are great and the common spaces are very clean and cared for. Andres is also a lovely person and the volunteers who work there too. They helped us with everything we need, recommendations, and even get cheap and safe transportation back and forth. Definitely a place where we will repeat and highly recommend. P.S. Our favorite host was their little dog. Thank you very much Andrés!

The host was very friendly, arrived at the time we set for check-in, the house seemed very nice to me because there is contact with nature, everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable, in the morning there were squirrels, it ✨ is close to the lake, only the check-out I feel was very early (10am) highly recommended 10/10

The little house worked perfect for our weekend. It was simple. Quiet. Easy access to kayaks and the lake. There is not a view of the lake from the house, but we enjoyed the front porch and garden to okay games and relax. It was so quiet!

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

We felt right at home, a beautiful, quiet, private place. We loved the house. I recommend it 100%. The host was very attentive, and Edgar the guardian was very friendly. They welcome our furry friends, but it's definitely better to bring small pets because the house is so nice, full of flowers, that it's not suitable for large dogs. Ours is a German Shepherd and we were very careful with the garden, but we were always worried about damaging it. But we definitely recommend it, thank you and we hope to be back soon !!!

We had a lovely time in Panajachel. The space was perfect for our family- tidy, spacious with a good kitchen and comfy beds. Close to the Main Street and restaurants and easy to walk everywhere.

Nice house! Close to Los Salpores beach, shops nearby, the house is impeccable, we had a great time with my family. Monica is very friendly and helpful!

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

It is second time that I stayed here, the place never disappoints. A beautiful house decorated with plenty of space to relax and have a nice time. The new pool with jacuzzi is beautiful and relaxing. Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

It was a brilliant stay with everything we needed and great communication. The plunge pool, sauna and net on the deck were big winners. Just do be advised since photos have been taken there is a bit of growth of plants around the property and a new house built next door. Also Nicolas does live on the property out the back who takes care, he is lovely and stays out of the way completely but just a heads up. Had everything we needed but would advise bringing food to cook as it is a bit out of town so having some meals at the place is recommended and a must with the view. Definitely wake up early to watch the stunning sun rises. Thanks for the stay

The accommodation was very good, it seems a little small but it's fine. The host is friendly and quick to respond. For the area, it would be good to bring mosquito repellent. The beds are comfortable and spacious, it complies with everything described. Thank you for letting us stay.

A private, quiet and very comfortable place. Daniel was waiting for us to arrive and provided precise instructions. We appreciate the services of Erika and Carlos who helped with any needs that may arise, such as cleaning, etc. They are nice and very attentive people.

My friend and I had a lovely few day stay in Becca's place. It was nice to have our own little part of Santiago - lovely views of the lake and nearby volcano, a great restaurant on the premises, and of course, the cabin itself was well appointed. There was lots of purified water, a great kitchen with fridge and comfortable bedding. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a special stay while visiting Santiago, and Lago Atitlan..

I stayed at Julio's place with my husband and 2 kids. It was a blast! We really enjoyed it! Most beautiful view in that area around the lake ! Julio is very responsible,helpful and friendly as all his stuff! I Would recommend it to all!

My kids LOVED the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also we took the kayaks on the lake for a morning paddle. There's also a sauna on the property, which we briefly tried. The little house was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed - its at the very top of the hills, so a bit of a trek. Restaurant at the bottom was OK - we enjoyed the tacos, and the fruit smoothie drinks. One note - be careful about closing the door, as it will automatically lock - we accidentally locked ourselves out, and the restaurant didn't have the key. Would absolutely stay here again!

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

A very nice and comfortable cabin. It has everything you need and more. Well furnished and equipped. The only thing to take into consideration could be to place a slightly clearer identifier of the entrance and take into account that the downhill is quite narrow and steep. Otherwise it's an excellent place and you can easily reach any of the nearby villages either by car or tuk tuk.

The place was as described. It's not a far walk to get into the center of town and there are plenty of tuctuc's for $10Q. The rooms were quite large. The bed was semi firm and comfortable. The views were wonderful, and the windows were very large. The kitchen had what was needed. The host and his family were quite friendly and tried to assist me when needed. I enjoyed the small garden to soak in the sun. There is a bus that can take you to and from the Guatemala city($60Q)one way. It is a long and treturious ride (4-5 hours) on a windy road. (April 2025) Negative: House next door under construction, so a lot of noise duringthe day. Dogs barking between 2-4 AM.

A natural oasis in San Pedro, it is a new listing, there are always things that can be improved. The host is quick to respond and friendly. It is recommended if you are looking for a space that has privacy a few blocks from the town's main street. The pizzeria and the nearby local shop are also great. Recommended!

Great place! We really enjoyed our stay in this place. It's very well located, you can connect with the nature, it's near the lake dock, the place was also super clean and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Hasimar was very communicative providing detailed description do a smoothly check-in and it was always responsive during our stay. I highly recommend this place.
