We had a very pleasant stay at Erwin’s place. The swimming pool is big and clean and we enjoyed it. Erwin was very helpful and proactively offered us a late check out. We will definitely return!

Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet Airbnb parfaitement situé, idéal pour une jeune famille ! Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour incroyablement confortable et pratique. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, tout en restant calme et agréable. Mention spéciale à Veronica, qui est une hôte exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, disponible à 100 %, et d’une gentillesse incroyable. This was my second stay with these hosts. They are very accommodating and this was my favorite unit. Cozy, quiet, convenient. Good water pressure, A/C, WiFi. Equipped with the basics and all you need when you spend most of your time exploring. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice location, amazing views, clean modern house, most things were in very good shape, cold A/C + fans and high end windows / screen doors so you could cool and vent the house whichever way you like. Safe neighborhood with lots to do, you can easily walk everywhere too. Very responsive host. Overall friendly and reasonably helpful. Would happily recommend and book again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in an AirBnB. The location was amazing, it was beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of things to do around this property if relaxing isn’t something you’re looking to do. It felt like we were in paradise. Cesar is very attentive and quick to respond to any situation. Can’t wait to go back!

El alojamiento es precioso. Está retirado pero a la vez cerca del centro de San Juan del Sur (approx 10 min). Amelia es rápida en contestar y Walter (el cuidador) es súper amable y atento.

The place itself was great, all the other guests were fantastic and super friendly. Walter the caretaker and his wife are the absolute best. Took care of everything we needed/asked for without hesitation!
