The apartment is very nice and just like the photos. Privacy, it is located on the sixth floor and is an apartment per floor. 3 spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms; perfect for family or friends The view is beautiful from the balcony

great comfortable spot

If you’re first time visiting to Medellín with little Spanish speaking, this place is perfect fit. Laura and the entire team are so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and they speak English. Overall service is incredible. The rooftop has great view to hang out. There are so many places to eat and the food is amazing. One thing to note is if you’re very sensitive to noise, make sure to book the back end of the apartment cuz there’s a metro running. I didn’t have any problem with noise. I definitely recommend this place.

The house is a 10, it is spacious, beautiful and tastefully decorated. And the neighborhood is nice and safe. They sold some delicious hamburgers on the corner.

Needs some touch ups but the Host went above and beyond to accommodate. Felipe thanks again for your rapid responses. Absolutely will stay again. Got a workout with all the stairs but the view and jacuzzi terrace worth it! Beds are a little hard but we are in Colombia not the ritz Carlton

The apartment is centrally located close to 70th which has a lot of restaurants and touristic areas. Laureles is a beautiful area of Medellin close to other areas packed with activities. The. House is big and provided a cozy stay for a week.

This is a very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. It was at reasonable distance from many great attractions in Medellin.

Paula's apartment is excellent. It is spotless, in a very convenient location and in a super quiet sector. The beds are comfortable and have all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. In addition, Paula was always very attentive to what was needed. Super recommended!

The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, cafes, and safe areas to walk around. I had a wonderful time staying here with some friends from the area. The view from all balconies was amazing and it was great to fall asleep to all the lights. I ran into Olga in the lobby and it is the first time I have ever met my host, she talked to us all like we were friends for years and it felt great to have such a warm, open, kind spirited individual to host me. I cannot wait to return here again to stay! Lots of things to do, the park is 10-15 minute flat walk and lots of places for parche in the barrio
