Villa vacation rentals in San Gregorio da Sassola

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days in Trevignano Romano. Elenora was a wonderful host! The view of the lake is absolutely stunning from this villa. It is a very walkable distance to the grocery store, and also to the restaurants. This was a very relaxing and peaceful retreat from Rome. Penelope is the hosts lovable puppy, and she is also very welcoming, and willing to play if you love dogs. Thank you to Elenora and her mother for being the best hosts possible!

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Dit is een oase in een hectische stad. Stefano is een fantastische gastheer. Het is wel een hele klim om de bus te bereiken maar eenmaal in de bus sta je in 30 minuten op het Sint Pietersplein. Het huis is van alle luxe voorzien. Het enige wat mist is een wasmachine. Wanneer je zoals ik, drie weken, verblijft moet je hierop voorzien zijn of een Lavanderia zoeken. Stefano heeft het ook aangeboden te laten doen maar dat vond ik niet nodig. Kortom een fantastische uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezoeken.

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

La casa di Francesca e Vittorio è un paradiso a pochi km da Roma L' interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto la stanza padronale ,magnifica veranda coperta dove abbiamo goduto di colazioni indimenticabili, esterno con piscina pazzesco,vi sembrerà di essere nelle campagne londinesi. La cucina è un sogno , super attrezzata , la vista verso l' esterno al tramonto vi farà dimenticare di tutto! Consigliato per chi ama la campagna e la natura, la cagnolina Elisabetta ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la durata del soggiorno, check in flessibile, host amichevoli! grazie di tutto siamo stati benissimo!

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

La maison de Simona est un havre de paix. Une beauté, une tranquillité déconcertante. Il y fait bon vivre. Placée dans les hauteurs de VELLETRI , vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes autour. On a aimé ce séjour, on a aimé l’Italie. C’est à refaire. Simona est super sympathique, et répond présent à la moindre demande. Nous lui accordons une note de 10/10.

Vi har haft en dejlig påskeferie i Villa White som levede op til alle forventninger. En meget smuk have og masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 mennesker. Fantastisk udsigt over området fra altanen. Vejret var for koldt til fuldt at nyde poolen, men indretning med området omkring poolen var super hyggelig. Soveværelserne var fine, vi kunne have ønsket os mere sofaplads i stuen og lidt flere fade og service i køkkenet. Dario og Emanuella var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Landskabet i området er meget smukt. Der er mulighed for masser af udflugter i nærområdet med bil, og nemt også at komme til Rom. Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie her.

Certainly was absolutely great discover. The place it’s running by truly warm heart and beautiful people , ambassador of beautiful corner of lazio landscape . Wir waren vor kurzem erst bei Luigia & es war ein wunderschöner Ort/Urlaub um vom stressigem Alltag zu Hause abschalten zu können! Die Unterkunft war unfassbar- es war sauber, wunderschön & Stilvoll eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man eben so braucht☺️ Der Haushund Gino, war ein unfassbar toller Hund, einer der schlausten den wir kennenlernen durften und er hat uns die Tage die wir in der Unterkunft geblieben sind oft versüßt! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort um abseits von vielen Touristen Urlaub zu machen und einfach zu genießen Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤍

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

We spent a week around New Year's in Nicoletta's Villa and absolutely loved it here!! The place is great, has amazing views over the lake and is very tranquil. It's close enough to Rome for a day trip and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day in the city. In summary: We left completely relaxed and happy and would love to return if we're ever in the area again.

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving.
