Cottage vacation rentals in San Gil

Initially, we were a bit hesitant after finding out that the property was not completely to ourselves. Mr. Yesith lives in the main house and remained with us for our entire stay. It would have been nice to know this before hand, but he quickly made us feel at home and was extremely hospitable. His presence ended up being a positive experience for our stay. The pictures don’t do the property any justice as it is even more beautiful & impressive in person. Due to a small lack of communication, we had some issues finding the property but it was quickly corrected. The property had everything you need, we ended up never leaving the villa. Highly recommended if you are open minded to having the owner share the space with you.

Estuvimos en familia los primeros días de enero 2024, la hacienda es muy linda, hay actividades para niños, jóvenes, adultos. Bastante zona verde, arboles, jardines; la casa es grande y con muchos ambientes para disfrutar. Hay piscina, área de juegos, cancha de basket, otros. Excelente para desconectarse de la ciudad. La carretera de acceso en buenas condiciones, a unos 20 minutos de Barichara. Las personas encargadas nos atendieron muy bien.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place near the heritage town of Barichara. From the very beginning, Luciano was an incredible host. He was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in sharing local tips, especially the best spots to eat and explore around town. We had an enjoyable and memorable experience. The place itself is not only comfortable and well-kept, but also perfectly suited for anyone looking to disconnect from the hustle and truly plug into nature. The peaceful surroundings, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a little retreat. As our short stay was coming to an end, I honestly found myself wishing we had booked a few extra days. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're looking for rest, adventure, or a deeper connection with the region, this is the perfect base, and Luciano is the perfect host.

Fue una instancia para compartir en familia y logramos nuestro objetivo. damos las gracias de manera especial a la señora Luz quien nos ayudó con la parte logística. Muchas gracias a la sra. Sandra Liliana por la confianza depositada en nosotros. La casa es mejor que las que se muestran en las fotos. Solicitamos guardar las maletas por 2 horas más y tuvimos una respuesta positiva. Realmente volveríamos. ¡Gracias!

Nohora’s place is perfect for a family reunion. Kid and pet friendly. Lot’s of amenities (pool, bolo criollo, tejo, ping pong, rana). She definitely strives to make your stay the best possible. Just be aware that local tourism laws forbid hot water in showers to avoid long baths... and it works!!!

Espectacular!!! La casa y su paisaje son más lindos que en las fotos!! Nosotras buscábamos tranquilidad y un entorno natural también para nuestras perritas y la expectativa fue superada. Nuestras anfitrionas súper amables, amigables, tranquilas, nos consintieron con un antojito de caldo, arepita y leche recién ordeñada... realmente nos sentimos muy bien tratadas y el lugar es un encanto.

Casa muy bonita para disfrutar con amigos o familia, definitivamente volvería a este lugar.

La Señora Martha fue muy amable y siempre respondía las llamadas rápidas y cordiales. Lo que vi a mejorar fue que presión del agua que llegaba a la habitación era muy poquita.

El lugar es muy bello, limpio y cómodo, también para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida, estuvimos muy cómodos y contentos, la llegada se puede complicar un poco con las google maps pero resultó muy eficiente y fácil llegar a quienes usamos el video que compartió el anfitrión Es muy recomendable

Ana Maria siempre fue una persona muy cordial y dulce en su comunicación y relaciones con mis acompañantes. Estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades, dando soluciones inmediatas. Nos ayudó con un magnífico documento como guía para conocer los hermosos lugares que hay alrededor de Curití. El diseño arquitectónico de la casa me encantó, siempre ha sido mi ideal tener una casa así.

Sitio muy bonito, muy amables los anfitriones, la casa fresca, muy cómoda, espacio perfecto para descansar, en general la pasamos muy bien junto con mi familia.

Hector y consuelo son personas maravillosas, cálidas y muy atentas, el lugar se queda corto con las fotos publicadas, la vista y los espacios son espectaculares, compartir con ellos fue estupendo. Si de recomendar se trata, más del 100% recomendable.
