Vacation rentals with a patio in San Felice Circeo

Bnb was very clean and the design and layout is very cute and tasteful. Arianna was very responsive and friendly. Very cute and friendly dog makes sure you're safe make sure you pet her and let her know she's doing a good job. The blinds on the window are so good they don't let in a single ray of light so be sure not to oversleep!

A pleasant apartment located in a villa in the countryside of Terracina, great for those traveling by car as it has outdoor space and is close to places such as Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova all reachable in less than half an hour. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming and has all the necessary amenities, if visited in a cold season I only recommend bringing some extra blankets. Hosts Diego and Barbara are very kind and receptive to every request and message sent, despite not having met them we had no problems communicating via messages on the app. Especially recommended for families or couples who want to drive around the area or relax in a quiet place.

It was absolutely fantastic, from the friendly welcome to the uncomplicated departure. Giovanni was always available and took care of it directly. The surroundings in Nettuno could offer more, but this has nothing to do with this great apartment. Also recommended is the pizzeria in the same house! Otherwise, the beach and train station are easily accessible. Absolutely recommended on our part

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

We had an excellent day and night in this apartment. The view is incredible. A lot of things in the kitchen for cooking. You don’t want to get out from this house maybe we would have appreciate a bottle of milk or something for breakfast. Could be an extra point. The bed was ok but not crazy. The rest perfect

We had a great time at the property among the orange trees and olive trees, the place is quiet. Vincenzo is a very nice and warm host, his good advice allowed us to discover the surroundings. The apartment is functional and bright , only small downside the shower is a little cramped. We will keep a very good memory of this cottage.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in this villa for a bachelor party and loved it! The villa is beautiful, spacious and equipped with every necessary comfort. The hosts were very kind, super helpful and very flexible for both check-in and check-out, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a host on Airbnb. Giuseppe was flexible with check-in and was kind enough to stop by later to show us around. He also was incredibly responsive and provided helpful info regarding several questions we had about the area. The home itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. A great place to stay if you visit Gaeta.

We often come to this area to visit my brother-in-law and we found this place located in front of his house! Perfect! Great price and very friendly renters. We found everything very clean and even if we didn't need much, there are all the utilities for cooking. Perhaps the only advice I can give is that maybe there should be a small TV in the room for those who are used to having one and watching a movie in the evening, but it's a matter of habit. For the rest I have nothing to criticize, it will certainly be the preferred accommodation for when we come to Rome

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

Amazing views of the lake! Peace and quiet. Very quiet, very comfortable to sleep at night. The property is an old building of 2 floors with high ceilings, spacious and comfortable. This is not a modern hotel, but a place with history and charm. It added flavor to our vacation. The house was very clean with everything you need. Self check-in was very convenient and clear. Hosts are always available, attentive and good-natured, answering all questions instantly. There is free parking nearby, where there is always a place. The village of Nemi is a 5-minute walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and just beautiful views. The village itself is very colorful and atmospheric.

We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!
