As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with two beds and a living room with a kitchenette. It is designed for 4 people, a very comfortable sofa in the living room unfolds to 140x200cm. The apartment is equipped with an electric stove without an oven, a fridge, all necessary kitchen accessories - plates, pots, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker. The complex has a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, table tennis, and billiards for guests.
