Nos encantó este hospedaje, la vista está increíble, los host muy amables y el acceso super práctico. Las habitaciones estaban muy cómodas y el departamento muy lindo, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse agosto y está muy cerca de los lugares por visitar.

This is perfect & very peaceful at night compared to the Pabado district. Close to every type of store & restaurants you might need. The host was super responsive & made us feel at home. We had a terrific stay here.

Estimado equipo de Airbnb, Quería compartir con ustedes mi experiencia durante mi estadía en su propiedad del 23 al 27 de mayo. En general, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, lo cual aprecio mucho. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que me gustaría mencionar para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes: 1. Tuve que contactar al anfitrión para solicitar bolsas de basura, lo cual podría haberse prevenido dejando varias bolsas accesibles para su uso. 2. Sería útil tener toallas extra disponibles, para facilitar el cambio sin tener que solicitarlo. 3. Noté que la parte de arriba del lavabo del baño tiene un problema de que estánca el agua se y dificulta el uso, especialmente al ordenar mi bolsita de maquillaje ya que se mojo toda😭 Agradezco su atención a estos detalles y espero que puedan considerarlos para mejorar la experiencia de los próximos huéspedes. This apartment has an excellent location in Poblado, Medellin, just a short ride from key attractions like Plaza Botero, the Museum of Antioquia, and Medellin's Botanical Gardens. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. While Medellin's hilly terrain means some uphill walking, it enhances the experience of exploring this vibrant city and enjoying its thriving culinary and nightlife scenes. The apartment is immaculate and ideal for couples. With friendly security, you can feel safe while being close to nightlife without the noise, and construction nearby posed no issues.

Location was excellent. Place was clean and very easy to get in to. No air conditioning which is why I marked 4 stars, but there was a fan. There was also a pretty intense smell of some sort of room-refresher and it made me feel nauseous lol but I am sensitive to that stuff. Overall was super happy with the spot. really cute and well located. we walked everywhere.

Great place. Jon was very accommodating. This place is close to everything. The restaurant, gym? And pool was a plus. Also offers room service from the restaurant

I very much enjoyed the loft the stairs were easy to navigate with a large suitcase. The place was very accessible to night life

Muy bonito apartamento. facil de ubicar, limpio y amplio. Con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia. Muchos lugares cerca como lo son supermercados, oxxo, cafeterias y centro comercial. Enfocándome en el apartamento muy funcional, lo unico a mejorar es el sofa, muy duro, jajaja de resto todo genial. Volveria. Muy buena atención.

superbe appartement très très propre !! Quartier très calme avec des voisins très agréables ! proche d un "outlet" avec restaurant au 3e étage. petits restaurants locaux juste à côté. pharmacie 24/24 .. un Uber vous coûtera 2€ pour rejoindre la station de métro "Poblado" .. enfin NICO est extrêmement professionnel !! il prend de vos nouvelles régulièrement et se préoccupe de votre bien être .. Bravo !!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

Such a perfect stay in Medellin. The apartment was even better than described. Communication was spot on and they even let us check in early. Thanks again!

Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!

nuestro host muy atento y brindo recomendaciones para llegar desde el aeropuerto, y las instalaciones eran buenas tal y como se muestran en las fotos.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our host Laura provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home thank you Laura .
