Mi experiencia fue excelente, el apartamento cumple con todo lo descrito, es un espacio muy bello y acogedor, además con excelente iluminación natural. La zona es muy bonita y con acceso a múltiples restaurantes, pero lo mejor es que así esté en zona cerca a bares y restaurantes se puede descansar muy bien ya que no se siente ruido. La comunicación fue excelente, Nancy nos ayudó a resolver varias cosas de manera rápida. No dudaría en volver a quedarme allí cuando regrese a Medellín

Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

I spent a month in Colombia, a wonderful country full of kind people and incredible landscapes, and without a doubt, my best stay was in this apartment. The place exceeded my expectations in every way: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located. From day one, I felt right at home. Everything was in excellent condition, and it’s clear the host takes great care to provide a high-quality experience. Communication was always smooth, clear, and very thoughtful. This is one of the best managed and best maintained apartments in Medellin. This apartment is beautiful and eye-popping. David and staff are friendly and professional. Love the pool table and the daily cleaning! Only watch out is it’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. Not a problem if you are fit.

Un barrio súper bonito y bien ubicado, una zona muy segura, fácil parqueadero, cerca a todo. Nos gustó mucho.

Everything was as described and looks like the photos. It is really close to a metro station. There is free gym equipment at the park 1 block away where I was able to do pull ups and bench presses. There is everything from a pharmacy, bank, casino and plenty of places to eat, all within walking distance. In my opinion, this is a good studio for 1 person staying for a short amount of time and plans to not be in the room all day. I would stay there again.

This was one of my greatest days in Medine. The service was impeccable and they were super communicative and helped me with any questions. I had 10 out of 10 would stay again.

We love this place. Choosing to stay here made our trip in Medellin so much more pleasant. We are a family with a small child, and we stayed here for 13 nights. There so many things I love about this place. 1. they have washer and dryer, especially dryer, made everything so easy. 2. they have AC in every room and in the living room. 3. Secure access to the building 4. Walking distance to the biggest mall in Medellin, this makes our food finding so much more easier, because delivery could take an hour or more in Medellin. 5. Easy access to trash dump 6. I saw 0 insect in the apartment, 0! Which is like impossible in Medellin. we are very happy with the cleaness of the apartment. 7. The check out process is extremely easy. Sometimes other Airbnb list made you do 10 things before checking out, I understand it but it's just adding the stress of checking out. 8. The apartment is so new, all furnitures are new, beds are very comfortable(on the firm side, which I prefer).

My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the stay at Jenny's: it was close to everything, was clean and even had 2 bathrooms which allowed them to be more flexible with their time. The host accomodated them also when they needed extra towels. Definitely made their time in Medellin 10 times more enjoyable. Thank you Jenny!

Elena's apartment is well equipped and a perfectly good place to stay for a short time or for a longer time. It is in a building with good security and Elena is super fast with responding to any questions or issues. Everthing was clean and comfortable. It is within a few minutes walking distance to the downtown area. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a lot of traffic noise around the apartment even though it is on the 16th floor. Aside from that everything was excellent.

This is maybe my 4th or 5th stay here. Very reasonable. Small and perfect for short stays. If you don't require a lot of space this is perfect. Very quiet place. The neighborhood is very safe! The neighbors in the building are very friendly and welcoming. There's also lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby if you like to walk or you can catch an Uber which is very inexpensive. Enjoy my stays here.

I love the place, for the 10 year that I am visiting Colombia, this is one of the best apartment I rent, I felt just like at home it has everything you need, just perfect for long or short stay. ❤️

La estadía me gustó, el lugar es muy central por lo que trasladarse era sencillo y eficaz, de igual forma, el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a cualquier pregunta y solicitud realizada. El lugar es amplio por lo que uno se siente cómodo.

This place is a sanctuary of serenity, very peaceful, exactly what is needed for a comfortable stay. The host is super friendly and helpful, very diligent and kind. The cabin is neat, clean and cozy. it does lack curtains for shade during mornings and particularly for privacy as there’s is another cabin beside it so people on the other cabin can see you if you’re at the kitchen. Overall a great stay for a peaceful retreat.

Pros: - internet was fast and didn't cut out at all - cozy apartment, well decorated, clean and great cooking facilities - excellent, instant communication with the host - located near a good gym, 10 minute walk - Quiet, couldn't hear any noise outside - bed was comfortable stayed here for a month and would definitely stay again

Nice place. Steps going up are minimal. Myself, I prefer a softer bed. Bathrooms are compact. Overall worth the money to stay and the host is responsive.
