Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Antonio de Prado

Estimado equipo de Airbnb, Quería compartir con ustedes mi experiencia durante mi estadía en su propiedad del 23 al 27 de mayo. En general, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, lo cual aprecio mucho. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que me gustaría mencionar para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes: 1. Tuve que contactar al anfitrión para solicitar bolsas de basura, lo cual podría haberse prevenido dejando varias bolsas accesibles para su uso. 2. Sería útil tener toallas extra disponibles, para facilitar el cambio sin tener que solicitarlo. 3. Noté que la parte de arriba del lavabo del baño tiene un problema de que estánca el agua se y dificulta el uso, especialmente al ordenar mi bolsita de maquillaje ya que se mojo toda😭 Agradezco su atención a estos detalles y espero que puedan considerarlos para mejorar la experiencia de los próximos huéspedes. I had a great stay. Beautiful apartment with appropriate amenities for comfortable living. Best part was the amazing view from the balcony.

Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

Estefania’s sunny Laureles apartment is perfect for people who want a centrally located bright apartment and need an ergonomic work setting. We loved the colorful decor of the apartment. Although we encountered a few problems such as having to wait for a while before someone was able to open the apartment, and the water outage for a few hours, Estefania was very responsive and helpful during these issues. Just a heads up it’s on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator. Also it’s right across from a school so it gets noisy by 8:30 am on weekdays. Thank you so much for everything!

I'd like to say a big thank you to Hamid for renting me his beautiful apartment. the outdoor patio / veranda was a beautiful space to unwind during the day. the energy living complex is lively and a very reasonable and good quality restaurant is located on the ground floor. Hamid was quick ro respond with any questions I had and I'm happy to recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of booking it in the future check in was easy and I can't think of anything to fault about my stay

El lugar es muy bello y la atención fue genial. El barrio está a pocos minutos de las principales zonas comerciales y de restaurantes de Laureles. Y en la noche pese a que hay restaurantes cerca la bulla no es excesiva. Va a ser de mis lugares favoritos para hospedarme en la ciudad cada vez que vuelva.

Great home! Extremely spacious and in a very safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and cozy. The host was also super responsive and helpful to all our troubles and questions. Would highly recommend this place

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con todos los detalles que uno necesita para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y muy fácil de moverse. Lo que más queremos destacar es la amabilidad y el servicio del host. Fue atento desde el primer momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. 100% recomendado. Sin duda, volveríamos.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

una estadía de 5 estrellas!!. Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!
