Cozy apartment, close to supermarkets, cafes, etc... quiet area, easy parking, about 20 minutes drive to downtown, Federico is a very good and attentive host.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

Marco is very responsive — overall a great host. Check-in was easy, and he gave us helpful suggestions on how to get there from the airport. The location is fantastic: artsy, peaceful, and very scenic. We walked to Piazza Navona on our first day, and there’s a great wine bar nearby too. We were two couples traveling together. Marco’s place has two fully equipped bathrooms (toilet + shower), which was a big plus for us. The kitchen is also well-equipped, and the space is roomy. Note: it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator — so pack light! Marco’s place fits 4 guests. There’s one big bedroom, one tiny room (more like a storage room), and a large sofa bed in the living room. So, for 4 adults, two will sleep on the sofa and two in the bedroom. It works, but just be aware of the small second “bedroom.” I recommend this place to any first-timer in Rome — it’s a romantic, convenient starting point close to many tourist attractions.
