I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed optical Wi-Fi and a sauna, it's a space where families, couples, and friends can relax. One of the charming things about this house is that cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. Yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used at the beach, carts, 2 bicycles, sand sets and toys for children, chairs, auxiliary toilets, picture books, hanging tents, etc., we have facilities that will delight small children. "W-house" (double house) is a private beach house a 5-minute walk from the sea in Kujukuri and Shirako-cho, Chiba Prefecture.There is a large 6LDK, BBQ empty-handed from lunch (paid), a large-screen projector with an unlimited playroom for Switch, and 4 work desks.Great for families with children and friends!There are beaches, expansive parks, one-day hot springs, convenience stores, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The building is 140 m², 6LDK, and can comfortably accommodate multiple families.There is a private yard with a wood deck and BBQ table, and we have a plan (paid) where you can enjoy BBQ empty-handed. There is a multi-purpose room with a large projector that everyone can enjoy a movie, to work remotely, a development camp, or to a children's game competition.While working on weekdays, holidays are also great for working stays.Recently, corporate training and development camps have increased. * Things to keep in mind will be confirmed when applying for a reservation * * You can stay for 24 hours (check in at 12: 00 and check out at 12: 00 the→ next day) except during summer vacation (7/19-9/30).

We will pick you up and drop you off by car to the nearest station, nearby shops, etc. It is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, so you can rest assured for longer stays. Limited to 5 people per group, but we can accommodate up to 8 people. The nearest station is a 10-minute walk away, but we will pick you up free of charge by car to the station where you can take the express train to Tokyo Station and Narita Airport Station.

A spacious, whole house, 25 minutes by car from Narita airport, with one free parking space. We provide free pick-up and drop-off from/to Narita Airport, JR Narita Station, Keisei Narita Station, etc. Even early morning and late night flights will be OK. The shuttle service can be used once each at check-in and check-out. To access by public transportation, take a Chiba-Kotsu bus from Keisei Narita Station for 15 minutes, then walk for 3 minutes from the bus stop (Tomisato Post Office).
