Vacation rentals with a patio in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is well located, with several grocery stores and bakers within a two minute walk and the bars and restaurants off the old city centre within a ten minute walk. Sophia, the host, was very friendly and helpful

It is a hidden gem tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. It was a nice base point when getting to know Kutaisi. Very accessible and near the tourist areas as well as the groceries and restaurants. Everything was well thought of and we loved every detail that formed into one cohesive masterpiece. It was our home in Kutaisi, we felt relaxed because of the trees surrounding it with the birds singing at the backdrop. We couldn’t ask for anything more, every basic necessity was there. And hands down to Levani, he is an amazing host. We had the best Georgian welcome. Once again, “salamat” (thank you) and here’s to wishing you all the best from your Filipino friends.

Felt just like home! The place was super clean, neat, and cozy — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet yet convenient. Endi, the host, was amazing with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Little touches around the house really showed care. Would happily stay again!

I had a very nice time in Kutaissi, communication with Moni was easy, clear and very pleasant. I found the place very easily, it is in the middle of the old town and yet a little off the road and very quiet, I had peace and privacy. The apartment had everything I wanted and was very clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable and stayed in the city for two more days. Thanks Moni-Superhost!

Wonderful, authentic place in a perfect location, surrounded by beautiful nature, with access to the river. The owner was kind and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely come back to Parna next time!

We felt very comfortable at Ta-Gi's. The hospitality is outstanding and Ta-Gi and her family have gone to incredible lengths to make us feel comfortable! The location of the property is very central and easily accessible both on foot and by car, there is a supermarket right around the corner. The rooms are very clean and you can sit comfortably together in the garden. The kitchen also has everything you need. We thank the whole family for the lovely stay and would come back any time!☺️

Convenient location if you are traveling by car. Magnificent views and tranquility. Since the nearest town is 7-9km away, the stars are clearly visible at night without city lights obscuring the view. There are no construction sites nearby. The parking area is clean, free of any debris. The owners have built a higher fence, now neighboring dogs cannot enter without your permission. It’s safe to come with your pet. There is a beautiful crib and a high chair for feeding a child available upon request. The property owner is very polite, addressing any issues and problems that arise. The internet connection is weak here, but you can expect about 8 Mbps.
