House vacation rentals in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

Vom ersten Moment an wurde man von Svetlana warm empfangen und eine kleine Rundführung durch die Unterkunft gegeben. An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, und beim Frühstücken durften wir sogar Svetlanas selbstgemachte Backwaren probieren. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung, und auf ein Gespräch mit der Gastgeberin und für eine erneute Übernachtung in der Unterkunft kommen wir gern wieder.

One of the best Airbnb’s ever! Its really on another level, I can say it was the best place I ever rented ! The rooms, the outside area, the living room, the fireplace, the terrace and the swimming pool were all on another level, extremely clean, well equipped. Gaga requested that the cleaner for the swimming pool has to come in the moring to clean the swimming pool and the filter, eventhough the swimming pool was clear as glass. This place is suitable to be rented for long periods with no issues. The kitchen is also very well equipped and maintained. The outside bbq grill is also very nice and has good ventilation. One small thing is that I didn’t find the washing machine, I don’t know if there was one. I didn’t ask Gaga for it beacuse I didn’t stay for a long time. But if its missing, its really worth it to have one in this great place.

Awesome house especially for a large family or group of friends, clean and cozy with a great pool and awesome views. House has more household items that you might even need. Highly recommend this place with love <3

Hostel Temuri is amazing place owned by such a lovely and kind people. The place was clean, food and local vine delicious and the people were the nicest! There wasn’t any problem during the whole time. I hardly recommend this! Worth the stay/visit!!

Sweta jest bardzo przyjazną i komunikatywną osobą. na moje pytania odpowiadała od razu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo wygodne. Przy samym domku jest rzekaz prywatną mini plażą. polecamy!

Прекрасное место для отдыха! Дом находится в очень живописной локации — потрясающие виды на горы и природу буквально с каждой стороны. Территория полностью приватная, ничто и никто не мешает наслаждаться тишиной и покоем. На участке есть удобная зона для костра и мангал — идеально для вечеров с друзьями. Несмотря на то что место выглядит уединённым, доехать можно спокойно на обычной машине. При этом город находится совсем недалеко, что тоже оказалось очень удобно. Дом полностью оборудован всем необходимым: посуда, постельное бельё, полотенца. Учитывайте что здесь нет интернета, и это оказалось настоящим плюсом для нас: ничто не отвлекает от живого общения и полного погружения в атмосферу природы. Идеальное место, чтобы перезагрузиться и провести время в хорошей компании! Спасибо большое и мы обязательно приедем ещё раз к вам.

סה״כ היה ביקור ממש נחמד באזור יפייפה בהרים יש ליד כל מיני בתי קפה מקומיים ברמה מאוד גבוהה והנוף מהדירה עוצר נשימה סוסים וכלבים ופירות משוטטים בחופשיות ליד אבל יש גדר מסביב לבית ככה שלא נכנסים לאזור... יש רק תקלה קטנה עם המפתח שלא הצלחנו לנעול את הדלת ונאצנו להשאיר פתוח ולסכן את הציוד אח יש מצלמה על הכניסה לבית ( אין מה לדאוג לא מצלמת את תוך הבית ) בכל מקרה היה מדהים

Leila was a really kind and helpful host and our stay with her in Mestia was great. House is located in peaceful location but also close to center ,only 3 minutes walk. House has everything you need for your stay,it is cozy and well designed. I you come in Mestia do not hesitate to book it for a nice rest with beautifull view.

I booked David's place for me and my friends to celebrate New Years. House itself is very cozy, warm, has huge living room for late night gatherings, we definitely enjoyed it and made many great memories here. Whats most important, house meets the description on Airbnb. David was a great host. He opened his house for us, welcomed us, helped us with directions, even landed us skiing equipment and helped us to fix our car. He was of great help during our stay. As for the location, house is located in the city center, everything you might need is right around the corner. We definitely recommend 👌

The house is amazing! It is an old traditional Georgian house, very clean and with a lot of light. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days. It is very quiet there, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Alexander is a wonderful host! He prepared fruit and bread to welcome us and explained how to find the place.

Das Haus von Salome ist etwas abseits von Sugdidi gelegen. Es war genau wie beschrieben und ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen und auf der Terrasse gefaulenzt. Die Kommunikation mit Salome war super. Sie hat blitzschnell reagiert und mir wunderbare Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Gut zu wissen: ich habe Salome um den Standort link gebeten, der perfekt war, so dass ich die Unterkunft sehr einfach gefunden habe. Auf der Airbnb-Seite stand aber ein anderer link.

Провела в доме неделю, всё соответствовало описанию. Условия простые, но есть всё необходимое: чисто, свежее постельное, обогреватель и тёплые одеяла (что спасало в дождливую апрельскую погоду). Аутентичная грузинская дача с уютным двором и летней кухней. До ближайших достопримечательностей — каньона, горячих источников, реки и крепости — можно добраться пешком. Рядом есть небольшие деревенские магазины. До города можно доехать на такси или маршрутке. В доме новый санузел и теплая вода. Хозяева были на связи и помогли с трансфером из Сенаки.

The experience was wonderful. The hosts were extremely friendly, and their welcome to us was truly amazing. I highly recommend the place as it offers a stunning view, and the cabin is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. I will definitely return in the spring and book for a longer stay. Просто замечательное место в Местии, приезжали с друзьями и остались очень довольны прибыванием. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, а вид из дома великолепный. Внутри очень уютно и чисто. Спасибо Лэйле за теплый прием и что всегда нам были готовы помочь

Mari was very responsive, was there to greet us in person, and helpful in every way possible. The house is beautiful and well located (10 min walk from seti square and next to the svaneti museum). highly recommend staying here.

Great option for a few friends or family with kids. The apartment has a nice private garden and also everything one might need on a short trip

Все было отлично, хорошее расположение дома, все необходимые удобства в наличии. Есть возможность заселиться и выселиться самостоятельно, что тоже удобно. Но будьте внимательны, домашнее вино, которое на первый взгляд кажется презентом и стоит на столе, продается за дополнительную плату (об этом нигде не указано). В целом отличное жилье за доступную цену👍🏻
