House vacation rentals in Samana

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable to sleep in. We loved that it was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. We definitely recommend this villa to any family that is looking for a place in Las Terrenas.

One of the best house I stayed in, everything was well organized with the house keeper. The chef was amazing, house also came with speakers. It had everything you would need for your stay and more.

I went for a weekend with my friends, we had a great time. The house is beautiful and very private. Super close to restaurants and the beach area. Jennifer was super attentive and flexible. And the truth is, they treated us really well. I hope to be back soon

Heraina was a great host! Very responsive and helpful! The airbnb was perfect for large groups and comfortably fit my family of 16 Things to keep in mind, the airbnb is a bit out of town so plan to have transportation; we rented atvs which were perfect for getting around

We stayed at this Airbnb in Las Terrenas for two nights as a family group (my wife and I, our two toddlers, and my in-laws), and it was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a quick 3-minute drive to the center of town—yet it’s in a peaceful gated community that feels very safe. You do need a remote to enter the community, which added an extra sense of security. The host’s communication was outstanding. She stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our standards, and when the GPS couldn’t locate the exact address, she even sent someone to meet us downtown and guide us to the home. I recommend dropping a pin on Google Maps once you arrive so it’s easier to find again. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and organized. It reminded me of a sleek European-style home. There are two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and private bathroom, and another with a queen-size bed and a bathroom just outside the room. Both mattresses were extremel

Awesome stay enjoyed with family

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

It was a good stay, in the town of Las Terrenas, has Las Ballenas beach just in front of the alley where you get to the house/residence, as well as a lot of places nearby. I didn’t like very much that it’s not a street, but an alley. Overall, a good option for 6 or less people, for the price and quality of the house. :)

An excellent place: the dream house, beautiful (as seen in the photos) and well thought out to the last detail. The pool is clean and super nice. It has everything you need for cooking, the air conditioning worked well and fast wifi. The staff is super nice and attentive, both the person who helps with the cleaning and cooking, and the security guys. The house is a little far from the village but not far enough to be a problem, even the deliveries arrived without problems and quickly, both at night and in the mornings. In fact, being secluded, it is close to Morón beach, which is great. But in general, it's the kind of Airbnb that doesn't make you want to leave the house, but to stay and enjoy it. 10/10

Amazing place definitely going back…

Open arrival we were totally enchanted by the beauty of the views and surroundings. The house was very clean and our beds were very comfortable too. We especially loved hanging out by the serene pool and gazebo. Lindsay gave us amazing places to see and to enjoy the natural beauty that the DR has to offer. She was very responsive to our every need. I would highly recommend coming to visit her home.

My stay at Joseph’s luxury villa in Las Terrenas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful, elegant space perched above one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen — Playa Bonita, named one of the world’s most beautiful beaches by National Geographic and now I know why! I was visiting with my brother, and we both appreciated how effortlessly the villa accommodated us. With room for up to six adults, it never felt crowded. The wide terrace and infinity pool quickly became our favorite spots, especially at sunset. Every detail has been considered — from the modern kitchen and cozy living room downstairs to the beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms and a shared terrace. Gesnar, the host, was gracious and incredibly responsive. Everything felt intentional — from the peaceful surroundings to the luxurious comfort inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful three-month stay in the casa offered by Juan y Lolo. A small clean and comfortable house with all the necessary accessories. The place is full of vegetation and calm reigns. We loved the relaxed and safe atmosphere of Las Galeras and the beach 2 minutes from the casa is beautiful. A word for the hosts, Juan and Lolo, quite charming and always ready to help or answer our questions. Happy with our experience, we look forward to returning. Excellent value for money.

My family and I had an amazing time! The house was absolutely stunning. When we weren’t off going on hikes, whale watching, and playing at the beach, we were having fun at the pool. We felt extremely safe our entire stay. There are so many restaurants that are within walking distance. I would highly recommend Daniel, the taxi driver for private transfer to and from the airport and everything In between. He was an incredible driver. Rick and Nathalie were amazing and helped with any questions that came up. We plan to be back soon!

Very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Cooler temperatures, amazing view and no Mosquitos. Highly recommended.

The place was as described. Through the Electricity Bill was not specified, it was reasonable though. You have to take a picture of the readings when you arrive and before you leave and calculate the amount based on the current rate set by the power company. That's a separate payment, understable but must be specified with an up to date tariff for others who come to know. Other than that, the personnel was top notch. Helpful from beginning to end. I will visit again in the near future.

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

Our family had an amazing vacation in DR! The house and the surrounding area looked even better in person. We loved how peaceful, private and yet very open it was. Clemente was a great host - attentive, helpful, and always there to answer all of our questions. We would recommend this villa 100%. Perfect tropical paradise!

I went with a group of friends and the photos don't do the place justice. Too quiet, private, spacious and beautiful. 100% recommended, Mr. Michel welcomed us and was very kind. And about the stay we have no complaints. The house is super equipped and furnished. All you need at your fingertips.

A great place to spend family days. Everything is very good. If I can contribute something constructive, it would be to renew the kitchen equipment such as pots and pans, and the blender. Otherwise, the whole stay was great. Excellent location, wonderful garden with a nice pool.

Just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Escarolin ,she was very fast and responsive for whatever we needed.We arrived to a warm welcome from her and her beautiful daughter,the place was perfect and very much the same as the photos.I will definitely stay here again if needed.Everything you need is in walking distance,restaurants, beautiful beaches, colmados...etc.And the electricity is separate but very reasonable price.
