Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sam Roi Yot District

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).

een prachtige villa die met smaak is ingericht. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt zitten erin. Het is niet erg toeristisch in de buurt, dat maakt het wel wat authentieker. Er zijn verschillende lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Een scooter huren is wel een must in deze omgeving.

Schöne Villa in einem Resort mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal und vielen Dienstleistungen (Restaurant, kleiner Shop, Massage etc., Reinigungs- und Wäscheservice, Taxi, Ausflüge). Weitläufige Swimmingpools, die wir ausgiebig nutzten, da das Resort nicht am Meer liegt. Leider leiht das Resort keine Fahrräder mehr aus, um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Motorrad oder Auto ist notwendig, weil das Resort etwas abgelegen liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Jack war ausgezeichnet. Fazit: Unser Langzeitaufenthalt war toll und wir haben gleich wieder gebucht.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

J'ai adoré séjourner dans la maison. La vue sur la montagne, la verdure dans le jardin avec ses fleurs, plantes, cocotiers... Sympa d'avoir un parking privé déposer Le sa bécane. Il y a un marché local juste en face de la maison. Sam roi yot est un petit joyaux et c'était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin pour me ressourcer. Un coin paisible entouré de montagne, proche de la mer. L'hôte à toujours veillez à ce que tout aille bien de mon côté. Tout était fonctionnel, la wifi, le climatiseur, le réchaud à gaz, l'eau chaude. Je recommande vraiment les yeux fermés. le seul point négatif c'est le bruit des véhicules sur la route principale. La nuit il y a presque pas de circulation ou très peu ça devrait pas vous impacter ou vous empêcher de dormir. Je n'ai pas eu de soucis à ce niveau là. Je quitte sam roi yot et cette maison avec un pincement au cœur. C'est un de mes highlights en Thaïlande. Ayez une voiture ou un scooter pour vous déplacer. Je reviendrais un jour. Merci

I really enjoyed my stay at Ravinan's villa. Ravinan is a fantastic host and a wonderful person. She was very helpful, fast and responsive. I arrived late and she provided a variety of snacks and water. It's a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and recreation. The garden is like an oasis, very lush, with many different exotic plants and trees, a true little tropical paradise. The pool is immaculate, beautiful, clean, very long, and has a nice depth, perfect for cooling off. The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully furnished. The view from the first floor is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. There are many interesting things to see in the area, I would recommend a scooter. Ravinan, thank you again for everything 🙏🤗

Ban Nong Yai is een echt authentiek Thais dorp. In de omgeving zie je heel weinig toeristen. Er is dan ook niet veel te doen wat vertier betreft, maar de natuur is aantrekkelijk. In t dorp is op loopafstand een barretje waar je naast een borrel ook op aanvraag een hapje kunt eten. Het is leuk om de omgeving per scooter te ontdekken en de kust af te rijden. De villa is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Denzil is zeer behulpzaam en regelt alles wat je nodig hebt.

The house is very family friendly, close to the beach and the community is quiet. The resort staff are warm and kind.

Eine fabelhafte Unterkunft,die jeden Euro wert ist. Hätten wir gewusst,wie wunderbar sie ist,hätten wir einen längeren Aufenthalt geplant. Die Unterkunft hat alles,was das Herz begehrt und der Pool lädt dazu ein,den gesamten Tag in ihm zu verbringen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und alles blitzsauber.

Usually reviews are given to emphasize the negative things. Well, that's where the problem lies. We, my wife and I have been thinking for 2 days what is negative about the house, the helpfulness and service by the landlords Oy and Ted. But no matter what we try, there is really nothing negative to think of. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Oy and Ted are every tenant's dream. The house: On arrival a full fruit bowl An abundance of all kinds of supplies, water, coffee, tea, cooking herbs etc. tissues (really everywhere), kitchen roll, even the detergent and laundry detergent was replenished, barbecue charcoal. We can't think of anything that hasn't been replenished. Everything is included. Top swimming pool. Oy comes to clean 1 x a week. Oy and Ted also know many nice places to eat, and get food. We were taken by them to a local market to eat . All in all, we can, and want to give Oy and Ted a huge compliment and a big hug for their top care. Thank you so much from us Femmie & John
