The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Arrive and enjoy to the fullest. Undisturbed, you can use the spacious outdoor facilities of 3000 m² (where you will find a panoramic sauna, a hot tub and a swimming pond) for the duration of your stay alone. Our chalet is equipped with a rustic living room with a fireplace, a spacious corner bench and a cozy sofa. A modern kitchen. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with shower and toilet. An infrared cabin and steam shower complete your wellness pleasure.

Grafbauer Studio 1 - Schwarzensee [Black Lake]

The newly built studio in our farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is modernly equipped with everything you need for a vacation. You can make your own breakfast from fresh products directly on site. The products are optionally available and not included in the price. From May 2025, there is a sauna in the garden as well as a hot tub with wonderful views of the mountains. Sun loungers and seating invite you to linger in the garden.

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
