Cozy and well-located space!

Really great location, spacious apartment and very quiet.

Stayed for a couple of weeks and really liked the place; there's everything you need even for a longer stay, really nice pool, and of course the location right next to the shopping centre and close to the beach is very good. Nubia was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Can definitely recommend this place!

I stayed in Salvador for work reasons and chose the apartment due to its proximity. The location is good, but there is no bakery and/or markets nearby. The apartment itself is very good, it is on the shady side which makes it not so hot during the day. Silvia's father (Mr. Sérgio) is very helpful and helped me with the requests I had. I recommend it.

Marleen's place was perfect for our stay! Very well located by the sea, with a splendid ocean view directly from the bedroom and living room! It is very easy to reach the center of Bahia and the pretty neighborhoods of Vitoria Farol de Barra and Rio Vermelho. Beautiful apartment in a great location

great lodging,I went to family with wife 2 children and my mother, a super attentive coach flexible... clean and well airy, condominium Excellent the condominium staff are all nice and polite not only those of the concierge plus all staff of the apart hotel.. very good pool I certainly recommend it.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

I recently stayed with my family and I only have positive things to say! We really liked the location, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and beach. My 5-year-old daughter loved the little square with a playground next to the building. I felt totally at home. The apartment was spotless and clean.

Me and my husband came the tour especially for the carnival, we had a quiet stay, we were welcomed by the reception, easy access to move around, very good fit, according to the announcement building optimum and quiet. And I would stay for sure again.

The apartment is very cozy. The sea view is beautiful and at night it is possible to sleep listening to the sound of the waves, even with the noise of the automobiles on the avenue. On Friday it was a bit difficult to sleep because of the noise on the street, but the other days were very quiet. It has basic cooking utensils for preparing meals. The only thing that can bother you when cooking is the faucet, which has a difficult handling. The air-conditioning was working very well, accounting for the heat. The highlight is even with the balcony and the amazing sea view, both in the living room and in the bedroom. Mr. Cézar was so kind and welcoming with us. Finally, the stay is well worth it and we intend to come back one day.

The apartment is in great condition, Miriam was very friendly in all contacts and the area is great, many good choices of places to eat nearby. I recommend.

We had a spectacular weekend among friends. The house is amazing with everything that's needed for nice days and good cia. Marina is a high point of the house, it cooked for us (is that good food), gave us good tips and felt at home. I highly recommend the Marina house and services!

Amazing experience! The house is excellent, located in a quiet and wooded setting, minutes from the village of Praia do Forte. Very clean, organized and fully equipped for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The big difference was counting on the cook Marize and the assistant Val – a real MUST HAVE! They took our experience to another level, making everything even more special. The pool is wonderful, and the house has all the utensils you need for a perfect stay. I just loved it and highly recommend it!

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!
