Really great location, spacious apartment and very quiet.

The apartment is great! Super spacious, ventilated, with a beautiful view. The beach in front, despite the renovation you are having, is great and just cross the street. Contact with Daniela and Cristina (note 10) was always very agile. The apartment has several household utensils, beach chairs, towels, pillows and sheets of quality. We had very nice days there!

Daniel is such an amazing host! He has a very kind heart and beautiful properties. Would recommend anyone especially if you are new to Brazil!

Ina was very responsive before, during, and after my stay. The building is quiet with friendly neighbors. To enter the building, you will scan in with face recognition and you’ll use a code to enter the apartment. The space is perfect for 1 or 2 people to share. While it’s not the most touristy area, you can get anywhere with a cheap uber. The air conditioner is in the bedroom and I considered purchasing a fan at the nearby mall for the living room but the air conditioner was enough. I recommend closing the bedroom door at night so it’s only working to cool the bedroom. Ina also gave me recommendations on places to visit while there. She provides a pamphlet with some other info as well. I would recommend this Airbnb.

The accommodation was great !! We had a small setback with the electronic lock that was quickly resolved. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, it is also in the photo.

Sensational Experience! Friendly and caring owner. Very comfortable and complete apartment, with furniture and utensils of extreme quality. Very secure, well located condominium with several leisure options. Market and pharmacy next to the condominium, with a mall less than five minutes away. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great and the location too. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants around, besides the mall a few minutes away. A short walk to the beach. Greice was always responsive and ready to help.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

I recently stayed with my family and I only have positive things to say! We really liked the location, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and beach. My 5-year-old daughter loved the little square with a playground next to the building. I felt totally at home. The apartment was spotless and clean.

Excellent stay! Cezar's apartment is exactly as described in the listing — very clean, well equipped and with an amazing view facing the sea. The location is quiet, perfect for resting. Cezar was an extremely accessible and helpful host throughout the stay. I recommend it.

This place had beautiful views! We loved being able to hear the ocean in the evenings. The building amenities were nice with the pool and a children’s playroom. The private beach access was nice, however it was a little difficult getting down the steps/over the rocks once you left the condominium entrance. We had kids and older parents with us and had to be very conscious of no one falling. The building is very safe with plenty of security around and only letting approved uber drivers in. Paula was super friendly letting us know about the area and extra kids toys, pool things, and mattresses etc. that were available which we greatly appreciated traveling with young children. The unit was very clean and as described. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again one day!

The accommodation is great, the apartment was clean, the room is newly renovated, the location is good, has private access to the beach, and the pool which provides a pleasant day, has restaurants on the ground floor, a wonderful shrimp guioza, in short, it is worth the daily amount! The condominium offers excellent infrastructure, although it is recommended to use a car for greater convenience. The condominium's beach is quiet and ideal for those seeking tranquility. Our stay was wonderful, especially for the reception of the splendid Marina. Meeting people like her leaves important marks on our trip. The house was wonderful! We had a 1-year-old baby and it met all expectations.

The stay was excellent. The house matches the photos exactly, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air-conditioning in all the rooms. In other words: fully equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire the cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words, the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!
