Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The area is suitable for activities in nature, and there are plenty of trails for both biking and hiking. The house was built in 1975, and the original style has been tried to preserve. There is no luxury here, but plenty of tranquility and opportunity for presence. Within driving distance of the house are Blokhus and Løkken, which offer plenty of cultural attractions and dining options. Dog welcome but only on the floor 😀

The house itself is quite basic, but location is absolutely top for nature lovers: Sea view from the house and its two terraces and a beautiful walk to some of the best beaches in Denmark, only 700 meters walk away via small trails. Local farmers sell fresh vegetables and you can buy fresh fish in one of the small coastal towns nearby. Please note! Pets not allowed due to allergies!

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Huset ligger på en stor naturgrund hvor rådyr og fasaner ofte kigger forbi.
