Lovely clean apartment in a secure estate with lovely restaurant and swimming pool in the complex. It is up 2 flights of stairs and would prefer if it had air con and beach towels. Other than that, I give it 5 stars. Host was very responsive and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

My family and I stayed at Patrick's house for 3 nights. The house was spacious and as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Patrick allowed us to drop our luggage before check-in time as our flight was early. He was also very quick with response whenever we needed assistance. What an amazing host!!!

An open-concept living space features a wooden bar with high stools, framed by large windows offering views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. A unique woven chair complements contemporary decor, while natural light pours in from the exposed ceiling.

What an incredible place. I am not sure how anyone could find fault with this home. It's exceptionally well equipped, beautifully furnished and the space flows really well. We did not expect Vincent to assist us and that was such an unexpected treat. He is a perfect caretaker. Easy access to beach. Quiet area. The outside area is comfortable with stunning views. It was a Great stay! The small hiccups we had with the house was promptly addressed by the host! Also wish to share that the host is accommodating. that’s for me what counted the most. Any time we had a question or an issue it was addressed right away. Definitely recommend and it opportunity arises would go back!

We had a great time at Bronwyn's place. Sitting on the deck, whether it was staring at a thunderstorm over the ocean or having a big family meal was a real treat. The house had lots of private spaces and was easy to move around in.

Thank you Chad for a great stay ! The location of your home is perfect and the views from the house overlooking the sea and lagoon are spectacular. It was very peaceful sitting on the deck watching the sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped but lacking a dishwasher. Overall a great experience !

Great open plan & spacious home! The master bedroom particularly stands out! The estate is great with a variety of places to eat and explore. Appreciated the facilities as we had a toddler so this made life a lot easier.

A refreshing pool is framed by lush greenery and palm trees, with clear ocean views in the background. The sunlit patio features brick pavers leading to the beach, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the coastal scenery.

My stay at Mallorca was fantastic! It's a GREAT location on the South end of Umdloti. Very peaceful and direct sea views from the lounge and main room - it sounds like the ocean is right in your own private garden. The unit it lovely , clean and exceeded all my expectations. Having a single garage turned out to be very useful too. The lovely private little coffee shop / shed within walking distance turned out to be a highlight for me, Very friendly staff and locals , I will most definitely be returning.

We felt right at home in Lee and Ryllie's lovely home. The lay-out and amenities were perfect for a multi-generational vacation, including teenagers. When we experienced any hiccups or had questions, they were very quick in responding to our messages. Although no major swimming beaches within walking distance, we spent numerous hours in and among the rock pools, just 500m down the road from the property. A property we would certainly recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

An open-concept living area features high ceilings and ample natural light. Soft seating arrangements include a large sectional sofa and woven armchairs, centered around a coffee table. Decorative pendant lights hang overhead, complementing the minimalist decor and inviting atmosphere. Large windows provide views of the surrounding landscape.

Aloe Point, managed by Luxury Coastal Escapes was a magical weekend away in what seemed like our own private beach paradise. The team communicated excellent with detailed information and assistance well ahead of time, and was also super responsive to real time queries. The employed house manager, Burton, was wonderful. The house itself is a dream. Very well equipped kitchen for both prep and serving. Great attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and supplies for everything from beach towels to linen. Private access to unspoilt pristine beach (often where we were the only ones on the beach) was amazing. Thank you to the team for a great family vacay.

Dunkirk open plan family home with solar

Everything was great with one exception. Having access to the beach club is very important. It makes no sense for residents for the time that they are resident in the estate not to have access. This is not the owners, Kirsten responsibility, but needs to be addressed. Would be pretty easy to introduce finger prints for the guests. We solved our issue by getting access to another estates beach house through my brother who was staying there. It is so important to us, that unless this gets resolved , we will look in this estate.

Claire has a lovely open floor-plan home with a breathtaking view. The pictures are nothing to the real thing. The check-in process was easy enough, and once you have the access card, entry and exit from the estate is a breeze. Security was a massive plus for me as that is always the most important thing for my family. There are multiple restaurants in and around the estate, with the shopping centre less than 10 minutes away. Clare was always ready and prompt in answering any queries and help we needed. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this listing and would come back again.

John ist ein sehr entgegenkommender Gastgeber mit einem schönen Haus. Wir haben das Wochenende sehr genossen, auch wenn wir beim ersten Betreten des Hauses kurz etwas überrascht waren. Die Unterkunft ist etwas mehr in die Jahre gekommen, als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Nichtsdestotrotz gab es gemütliche Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine hilfsbereite und freundliche Maid inklusive. Gerne wieder :)

Such a beautiful home in an amazing estate near the beach. We enjoyed the peace and quiet offered by Dunkirk but also the proximity to facilities, shopping and the beach. The estate was very busy during the Christmas break but still most enjoyable.
