Ground floor 1 Bedroom Apartment Salonikiou Beach

Apartment located entirely on the ground floor, features direct access to the garden of the property and the BBQ facilities. Ideal for couples with young children. 70 sq. meters, One separeted bedroom with doulble bed, one ensuite bathroom and on WC in living room. The aparment features fully equipped kithcen and a large living room area with sofa bed that become one large double bed when unfolded. Only 50 m. away from the sea.

Halkidio

The house is located at the beginning of the old settlement of Nikiti. This is a newly renovated space that in the past has been a historic building that functioned as a Chalkidio (old iron shop). It is a detached house that has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as 2 air conditioners in each area of the house. The house also has a spacious terrace and private parking.

Sithonian Blue Royal Villa

Situated upon the awe-inspiring Sithonian coastline, just a few kilometres from the bustling resort of Nikiti, sits the stunning stone built 'Sithonian Blue' villa. Set amongst 7000sqm of wonderful private grounds and lawned gardens, this charming villa boasts fantastic views overlooking Kastri Beach, found just a 500 metres walk away, along with the views extending across to across to Kassandra in the distance.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

The house is in Agios Nikolaos, Halkidiki. It is suitable for hosting four (4) people. It has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and an attic. There is a comfortable courtyard as well as free parking of up to two cars behind the house.
