Clean, conveniently located, as described on listing! Would stay again.

Location was perfect for our needs! My dog loved the fenced in backyard for running around and Manda left toys and treats for him! When Manda found out we were planning to grill, she made sure we had a working grill. She messaged me before our visit to make sure she had the right one for us. Very thoughtful!

The home was beautiful, the neighborhood was very quiet and peacful. The outdoor space was lovely and there was plenty of places to sit. Stefany was very helpful with recommendations also!

My family of 6 got to be Erin's first guests. Erin was a wonderful host and communicated well. She has the house furnished beautifully and it is well stocked with everything 6 guests need. I did all our cooking there and the kitchen worked well for that. There was plenty of cookware and dishes. The beds are comfortable and she has plenty of blankets and pillows. I love a house that speaks comfort, and the fireplace and soft blankets made it feel very homey. The sectional is large and easily fit my 8 and 10 year olds for sleeping. Everything was sparkling clean! The house is in the country and we enjoyed the quiet, peaceful setting. We weren't at the house enough to spend much time on the porch but it is set up nicely for a relaxing cup of coffee. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and Erin's house will definitely go on our favorites list.

The Kansas Beach House was perfect for our extended family, including a toddler and two babies. The adults loved the beauty of the home and the country-side surrounding it. The kids were comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful sun room, back deck, and porch areas. We also watched flocks of birds and saw a rabbit in the yard on Easter Sunday. Geena stopped in to drop off baked rolls on Easter weekend. The Beach House was a good home base for our stay in Salina for a wedding celebration. The drive out is a beautiful 15-20 minutes from Salina, with mostly paved roads and a few miles of gravel. Thank you, Geena!

Laura’s place was one of the best places we have ever stayed…spotless…modern…spacious. The location is perfect. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck and patio. The kitchen was fully stocked as well. Thanks for creating such a perfect home away from home!
