I spent the holiday with my family, extremely clean, airy apartment, my kids love the condominium, soccer field, great location and beach service. Carlos is very attentive. I recommend it!!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures… it is very comfortable and spacious. In addition, the building has a great structure, we use the swimming pool the game room a lot. Daniel is very attentive and we had a great experience!

Great house and good location, we went to the beach walking and loved the pool.

Great house and spacious yard for kids and dogs. Very good BBQ area table! Remember to bring repellent. A ceiling fan in the living room/ kitchen and barbecue area would be wonderful. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and all very clean. We love and I will definitely be back. There are beautiful beaches in São Sebastião, going by car is very close. I recommend :)

The house is beautiful, very clean, it has no "beach house smell". I even have allergic rhinitis and did not attack!!! I found the house a great cost-benefit, since they are 3 complete suites, with air conditioning (which was also well clean), swimming pool, barbecue and relatively close to the beach (the condominium gatehouse is in front of one of the beach entrances, but the house is a little far from the concierge, about 500m, but the way there is quiet). The only point to be improved are the records of the showers, which are gas, and it is very difficult to regulate the temperature, but nothing that has impacted the quality of our stay.

We loved the stay, a beautiful and airy place in the middle of the mountain, with a waterfall cutting through the street. Iranes was super flexible on schedule and very cordial. Simple but complete house, with everything we needed.

A delightful place, 🥰 everything clean and organized, extremely comfortable and satisfying for a couple. Full kitchen, bedroom with air conditioning and fan, great shower and the outdoor area is very nice for a barbecue and lying in the hammock, even with the rain we enjoyed it a lot, we will definitely be back!

The house is great for traveling with family and friends. It has all the necessary infrastructure (kitchen, bed linens and shower, chairs and tables), large pool area with chairs, tables, umbrellas, cooler, tents and etc. For our travel proposal, the house was perfect. Nathália was always available and flexible to our needs (check-in/out), provided Paty's contact who was perfect to give us the daily cleaning and breakfast support! The area is peaceful and we had no problems!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
