Totally true to the photos, great location. Practically right on the sand and with beach service. We had a few rainy days, and we used the structure for barbecuing and spending time with the family. It met our expectations and we will certainly come back more times !!

We had an unforeseen issue with the bed and bath linens on the first day, the laundry was very late to deliver to the apartment and they only did it around 10 p.m. Because we have young children, it was uncomfortable. Lucca was always talking to me through the chat. Otherwise, the stay was great. Spacious apartment, clean and new utensils, everything working. I recommend it.

The first thing I noticed was that the place was extremely clean, to the point where we walked barefoot so as not to get the house dirty. All well organized and tidy, exactly as described in the listing. Internet that was a concern of mine, it also worked great for home office. Thanks so much for the reception!

It was very quiet days in Maria's space, her daughter Silvia was always available and ready to help. The ad is true to the site and we don't miss anything. Great location. Recommend.

Our choice was perfect. In the vicinity, I believe it is the best option. Spacious apartment. Very clean and very organized beach, with umbrellas and beach chairs available at no cost. Great sea for all ages with ideal waves for playing bodyboard. We found the cost of food to be high. We really like the Bertioga Fish Market, where we find fresh pink shrimp G, gutted with or without shell, the merchants pack with a lot of care for travel. Host Eliana is attentive, helpful and super quick to respond. Thank you.

Very quiet and safe place, beach access very close, kitchen with several utensils, during the stay they exchanged the microwave for a new one, wifi worked well for home office. Maps and Waze apps do not direct the address to the correct location and Gate D was closed because of construction, I had to return and access through another gate.

The condominium is standing on the sand. Quiet and safe beach. Excellent location, close to the bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, hamburger joint, etc. The residence is clean, comfortable, organized and well-equipped. Family atmosphere and ideal for those traveling with children. João is a great host, attentive, responsive and guides his guests very well.

I made a trip with my 4 aunts of 50,60,70,80 years old they were delighted with the house and place all very clean and organized well airy beaches around wonderful... not tenhos doque complaining about Amilton is a great host always catered and responded ... i look forward to returning now with my family who miss that place.... nota 1000.

My family and I spent wonderful days in Riviera! John was extremely attentive by giving us all the information in advance, and whenever we need it, he also responded quickly. The apartment is beautiful and quite complete, as advertised, literally feel at home. The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ). I was with family and friends staying at the host Daniel's apartment, the space is as advertised in the photos, clean, organized, a very cozy atmosphere. We felt at home, we will definitely be back on another occasion. Daniel was always helpful in answering our questions.
