The place is absolutely value for money. The host is helpful and the jacuzzi is great. Everything is there, if not Colombian you can feel somewhat unsafe but that is absolutely not necessary! Would visit the location again in no time.

The house is just as shown in the photos, very beautiful, comfortable and clean. However, it is located on a main road near the park, so at night you can hear a lot of noise from bars. Otherwise, excellent.

Great place for running, about 6km uphill to the end of the road. We used the grill (apparently coal in Colombia is not completely dry, so needs some attention to fire up), and I sat outside working under roof with an amazing view. The wifi is well above expectations. The road to the house is bumpy. There is a zone selling fruit and meat close ho the town square.

I had an excellent experience at this stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very kind and attentive, always willing to help. The facilities were spotless: clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, the location was perfect, close to several places of interest and with absolute tranquility. It was definitely a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful house, Johanna and her husband are very attentive, we had a wonderful time, we hope to return on the next vacation, the house is more beautiful in reality than in the photos, spacious spaces comfortable and decorated with a lot of style, clean, quiet environment, good restaurants, safe and well located place, they accept pets, what is wonderful, Johanna responds quickly to concerns and they are always very attentive to anything that is required, I recommend it to 100%, excellent to spend as a family.

I stayed in this apartment for 30 days in Feb. + March 2025. Here's what I really liked: Layout - it's a comfortable apartment with lots of light and good ventilation to keep it cool Workstation - good-sized desk, good chair, electrical outlets close, and superfast wifi Porteria - very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk Location - close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to Avenida Ambala which connects to the rest of the city. Here's what I didn't like: - the kitchen is not well equipped. Very few pots and pans, few containers, one dull kitchen knife, and no basic items like garbage bags, salt, pepper, oil, etc. - the building is located on a very busy street with buses, trucks and motos all day and late into the night. As a result, the inside of the apartment was very noisy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I found Carlos to be very attentive and I would recommend this apartment!

Excellent value for money, the pool is very nice and meets expectations, hours from 9:00 to 20:00 and maintenance is on Mondays.

Excellent location, the security service is quite good, the area and the apartment are very nice, the sheets and towels smelled like sweat (I guess because of the weather they don't dry completely and tend to smell like that) otherwise everything was very good, I would come 😊back
