We had a great stay in Francisca's house! Even our late arrival time wasn't a problem and she arranged a taxi from the airport. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely come again :) obrigada!

The apartment is new and clean and it’s located close to the airport. The check-in went smoothly too.

Roberto is very responsive, the house was very clean, and central. I had no issues whatsoever. His house is simple, but has everything a traveler would want and more, extremely clean and with air conditioning.

I loved Carlas place. So welcoming. As soon as i got airport she had a taxi waiting to pick me up. Really would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend

A nice apartment close to everything in Santa Maria. The apartment felt secure and is more than enough space. At the weekend we found it slightly noisy outside but nothing ear plugs don’t solve. I’d recommend staying with Herminio.

A nice neat apartment So unfortunate it was only for a day. If we ever go to Sal again, I will definitely take the same app again! And the host Zeca also worth a big thumb, friendly man,explained everything well

went here in jan (the winter) and it was absolutely perfect <3 we loved loved loved the place soooo much and felt sooooo cozy!!! its super cute and the terrace is *chefs kiss* perfect for stargazing!!! It was just a lovely experience from start to finish in this place. Including an easy check-in, with help getting us a taxi, and making sure to be super responsive! I would mention that because it is a bit further out I def felt more comfortable walking with my partner than alone, but generally it all felt quite safe (including the area). the nearby restaurants are good and the beach nearby is also nice and a short walk. Since it's also on the windy-er side of the island - you do hear a lot of wind but I think in the summer that is less and also it really didn't bother us at all. Especially since one of the terraces (the pretty one) is completely sheltered from all the wind/noise. So we were never bothered by it! thank you so much again for such an incredible stay <3 we loved it!

Perfect Place to spend a few days in Santa Maria. There are many local restaurants just around the corner! The Appartment ist totally comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Alessandro is a great host! Thank you!

The apartment is simple but comfortable. Great location, very close to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian street. The swimming pool is an added value for the windiest days, as the fact of being in the middle of the condominium houses it of the wind. Nothing negative to point out.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and would highly recommend it. Spacious, bright, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal and the Wi-Fi was excellent! Thanks again to Von for always being responsive and so incredibly helpful. We would definitely recommend this place !

Great communication with the host. The apartment is very well located in the apartment complex with a pool. The complex is cleaned daily. A security guard lets in the housing estate. At a distance of 300 meters, a beautiful plaza. Next to two good local shops where you can buy most of the products you need. Downtown Santa Maria with lots of restaurants 700 meters away. An apartment on the floor with a large isolated terrace. A kitchen equipped with what you need. A bathroom with lots of clean towels. The air conditioning in the living room with the bedroom door open was sufficient. The internet was working very well. It was great. I recommend it.

Staying in Silvano's apartment was very nice. The area is very quiet, but a few minutes walk to the main promenade. The house is very clean and tidy, it completely matches the listing photos. The house has everything you need, I really liked the washing machine, even if I only stayed for a few days. The nice thing is that he also provided me with transportation to and from the airport. Silvano's colleague was very kind, came in person, explained everything about the house, recommended good restaurants in the area and nearby supermarkets. It was a nice stay. I'll be happy to come back. Thank you.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claudia's place to others, it was great! I stayed there as a solo female traveller and it was a perfect (albeit big!) space for my stay. From initially contacting Claudia to book to checking out, she was always very responsive and helpful. Claudia offered a transfer from/to the airport with Daniel at a very reasonable price and with Daniel also dealing with check-in/check-out for my booking it meant it was a v. smooth process- thanks again Daniel! The apartment itself was fairly clean (there was, like other reviews said, some rusty towel rails) & had everything that was listed on the advert. I didn't need to use the aircon which would have been an additional cost. It is walkable to Santa Maria (30 mins)/Ponta Preta (20 mins) & the pool area is lovely to spend the day if you don't want to venture far. I felt safe here by myself & it was handy that there was a shop close too. Would definitely recommend & enjoyed my stay-thanks again to Claudia & Daniel :)

Nice apartment away from crowds, great pool which was never crowded. We enjoyed beach life but still only few minutes to city and all that Santa Maria offers. Can recommend Hiltons beach restaurant for lunch and visit to shark bay and salt mines. Our host always answered quickly and we had a nice holiday.

Spacious, clean, budget friendly accommodation. Great location, just few minutes to the main tourist area (main street, restaurants, bars etc.) and the beach. Brian, the co-host, explained everything well and got us a taxi from the airport. Self check-in and check-out very easy. The only thing what I would focus on was the fact that the furnishing showed the ravages of time and the apartment smelled of humidity but after a thorough airing out it got a lot better. A great added value is the pool and the general area in the condominium where we felt really comfortable and safe. I would recommend this accommodation for others and I would definitely stay again :)
