This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
