Great location for Narita Airport and Makuhari Messe | Free station pick-up & warm Japanese family experience | Private bathroom

DianaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A review as a solo female (Asian) American visitor: Toki-san and her family were amazing hosts! Everyone is very kind and wants you to have the best stay possible. I felt incredibly safe throughout the entire duration of my stay. Toki-san provided laundry services and went above and beyond, helping me dry my shoes after they got wet from the rain. She is extremely kind and professional host. This accommodation is a bit far from Tokyo, a total travel of 1-2 hours, but I found the commute to be tolerable if you have the time. Still, the location has its own benefits away from the city with more low key attractions and a very peaceful neighborhood. There are also convenience stores, restaurants, and a supermarket within a 10-15 minute walk radius which I enjoyed stopping by for snacks. Overall, if you’re looking for a unique accomodation away from Tokyo, this is your place to go. Toki-san and her family made a great difference to my trip in the most splendid way. Thank you Toki-san!

We loved this location and the price! The soaking tub made the perfect way to end our travels in Japan and its proximity to the airport and to the shrines in Narita made it a perfect place to stay. Highly reccommend. Another thing to note is that Breakfast is from 5-10 am! We just missed it but next time we will know for sure!

Traditional Japanese house! Transportation service

LiRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful, traditional Japanese home. The host lives upstairs, and guests stay on the ground floor. When hosting, he graciously vacates the space so we can have it all to ourselves. The house is very clean and well maintained. What touched us most was the host’s lifestyle — deeply connected to nature, with a clear commitment to organic, chemical-free living. The toiletries he provided were all natural and of high quality, even safe for our baby. His values made such an impression on me that after returning home, I started researching how to buy pesticide-free food and natural products in Singapore. The house is close to a shopping mall near the airport, and a beautiful temple is nearby, next to an old Japanese street full of local snacks. Outside the home are peaceful rice fields, where our baby loved watching frogs and walking freely. The host was warm and welcoming — he greeted us on arrival and sent us off at departure.

Narita Airport | Elegant Stay &Free Station Pickup

CorryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had a great stay at the place of Kazu and Mariko after a two month cycling trip in Japan. They arranged a bike box and brought me with the bike to the airport, so I did not need to worry about this during the trip. Kazu and Mariko were friendly and they offered assistance and information on e.g. finding a bike store. The AirBnB is very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighbourhood with walking distance to a supermarket, the station and a mall.

Kawagoe Guesthouse Chabudai / Traditional house

SuzanneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Chabudai guest house was a wonderful place to stay in Kawagoe. I’m so glad we chose it! Takuya, Mai, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the Japanese-style tatami room and enjoyed the calm space. Chabudai hosted a small izakaya pop-up event for a few nights and the food and drinks we tried were good. I also enjoyed the lovely garden in back.
